This park was just gorgeous, located on the banks of Tuggerah Lake and surrounded by lush gardens. Only a short walk from our en-suite campsite we found ourselves surrounded by rainforest. The park and ammenities were very clean and our en-suite came complete with complimentary toiletries. With this as our home base, we visited the Norah Head lighthouse and headed through The Entrance to visit Bouddi National Park and the Australian Reptile Zoo (about a 50 min drive) both are worth a visit. We highly recommended a visit and hope to visit again someday. It was very quiet during our off peak winter stay but I suspect it would get quite busy in summer!

awesome caravan park and amenities I stayed in a basic cabin it was brand new! Right on the lake all cabins have water views all cabins are near the bbq area and kids play ground. The park is animal friendly The staff are very helpful and friendly. One of the best parks I have been to. I will be back

The location is good but lacks facilities/amenities. Being Council owned it’s been allowed to run down. The only attraction for children is a jumping pillow. Whilst the sites are level, the mats if provided are ripped and torn. The others have dirt or bits of grass. Close to shops and a club but that about it.

we stayed in the sandpiper cabin its right on the front with lake views. the cabin was big and light and modern and just great. you could sit on your patio and watch the sunsets and activity on the lake. the black swans were beautiful. The cabin had everything you needed. has a spa bath as well as a shower and a lovely kitchen dining area. this cabin is for two people but there are lots of others to choose from. we would not hesitate to stay here again it is very popular and sometimes hard to get it.Thankyou for our lovely stay we had 3 nights.

Great location, just next to the lake and easy walking track around the lake. Great spot to enjoy beautiful sunset. The cabin is good designed. We enjoyed our stay.

Park is great and staffs are very helpful and kind. However, i have to take a couple of stars off because when we visited the park had a lot of unruly guests. They have no regard to other campers and I really think the park should do a lot more to try that a few unruly guests don’t ruin other people’s holiday. They had 10pm quiet time rule but there were drunken people talking loudly, swearing, smoking, letting their dog walk around off leash and deficate but nobody was enforcing the regultions and they went on into the late hours ruining our sleep. It’s a shame that we won’t go back despite the park being perfectly ok place because we don’t want to ruin our holiday because of other people who take advantage that the rules are not really being policed.

WOW, now we have stayed at places run by mega chains. We have stayed at places owned by car service company’s. BUT this place though run by council is AWESOME. Accomodation is beyond impressive. The view from the ample sized from porch of our cabin is stupendous. The staff are some of the most friendliest and helpful staff I have ever encountered. You’ve gotta add this place to your bucket list and do yourself a favour. You will not be disappointed and only an hour and a half drive from Sydney
