Convenient to shops, dining and beach. Good for families-lots of kids there so be prepared for kid noise.

Calling this a 4-star hotel must be some kind of bad joke. The facilities, rooms, and tasteless "decor" are incredibly outdated, and the hotel looks much better in the photos than it does in real life. The pictures were clearly edited and taken at the perfect angles to make everything seem more appealing than it is. The breakfast was easily the worst I’ve ever had. Everything—from the corn flakes to the eggs and fruit—was either stale, cold, hard, mushy, or all of the above. (Seriously, how do you mess up corn flakes and eggs lol?) We arrived around 9 AM (breakfast runs until 10), and not once did we see staff replenish the food. If you sit at a table with no forks or glasses, the waiters just dumbly stare at you without bringing you anything. Not once were we asked if we need anything. The coffee was also terrible, a feat in Italy, of all places. I'm not a picky eater and didn’t expect anything fancy, but this was worse than what you'd find at a low-budget hostel. Even the breakfast room itself looked sad and old, my grandma’s retirement home has a more inviting dining area. Our room had visible mold in the bathroom and a recurring ant problem (which the cleaning lady tried to manage, but they kept coming back). The minibar fridge was empty, and there were zero amenities aside from a generic body-and-hair wash. Not even a small complimentary bottle of water, which is beyond absurd for a “4-star” hotel by the beach. The pillows were flat, the AC stopped working at night, and you could hear every single step from the hallway. But the biggest scam? Charging 3€ for an old, lumpy, used beach towel. They make it sound like you'll either get that money back or keep the towel, neither is true. Don’t bother returning it; they won’t ask for it anyway so just keep it, at least the 3€ will be somewhat worth it. They also claim to have a shuttle to nearby beaches. That’s also false. Honestly, I’d give this place zero stars if I could. But since that’s not possible, I’m giving 1 star solely thanks to the lovely staff, particularly the kind women at the reception (with the exception of one more corpulent woman with short blonde hair and glasses) and the very sweet cleaning lady. Other than that, you're better off sleeping on the beach.

Hotel in posizione strategica a cannigione. Vicinissimo al centro e al porto.pulizia top,gentilezza ,cortesia,del personale alla reception.colazione molto abbondante e variegata,dolce e salata.pisciba bellissima con la musica serale ad animare le serate.pulizia impeccabile di piscina e stanze.letti comodissimi,stanze insonorizzate benissimo.complimenti davvero

Super hotel, friendly and very attentive staff, clean hotel with comfortable and generous size beds, very jolly staff in the restaurants, great location for boat trips and using local buses to explore the beaches. The food is great with a range of foods to choose from. We had a lovely time. Everything was great!

Sehr nettes Personal. Das ganze Hotel ist extrem sauber. Das Essen ist gut. Tolle Strände innerhalb von 20min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der nahe Strand ist nicht so blau.

The air conditioning does not work at all. It seems to be centrally controlled and they turn it off ! Horrible night as it can get super hot in sardinia .It says 4 star but no 24 hr reception. So you can’t even talk to anyone to sort it out. Much better run family hotels available locally
