Excellent séjour au citadines hôtel très très bien situé, tout a proximité que ce soit la gare, la plage, lieux à visiter ou restaurant je recommande vraiment a 100% cette appartement hôtel le personnel es super agréable , le studio de luxe es très spacieux et vous y retrouverez tout le nécessaire j’y retournerai la prochaine fois que je reviendrai sur Cannes

Formidable l'accueil par Virginie la chambre avec tout ce qu'il faut propreté et surtout confort avec la cuisine. Notre surprise est le point fort des services rendus de Mr Hamadi la nuit et le matin par la charmante Mariline pour aide accueil et service avec tous les soins au petit déjeuner

Très jolie petite résidence, notre famille y séjourne dès qu’elle vient nous rendre visite. Très bien accueilli, avec le sourire et la bonne humeur. C’est toujours un plaisir d’y retourner retrouver nos proches et de profiter du thé et café offerts toute la journée.

We booked this apartment hotel through the Interval Getaway programme as usually the standard of accommodation is good. Not on this occasion. The unit was advertised by Interval as being suitable for 2-4 people. The amount of storage was limited and the lounge table could certainly not accommodate 4 people as it was impossible to position this number of chairs around the small table. In fact only one proper dining chair was provided. A further 2 folding chairs were in the wardrobe and the fourth chair was an arm chair. The unit was certainly not maintained- there was mould on the bathroom ceiling, there were bloodstains on the duvet and there was a hole in the wall by the front door. We complained and to be fair to the hotel we were offered the option of a different unit ( not available immediately as the hotel was fully booked) or complimentary breakfast. We opted for the breakfast and were glad to have selected this option as during our week long stay we overheard several other guests complaining about their room. What was most concerning however was that one day while we were out our room was unexpectedly serviced and my earrings, which I had left on the bedside table, were missing when I returned. In fact we were surprised to see that several of our belongings had been moved. According to the documentation provided by Interval the room was not going to be serviced during our stay and not expecting any one to enter the room, the earrings had not been locked away in the safe.Sarah on reception promised that the Head of Cleaning would investigate and contact me by email. However the hotel failed to respond to emails asking for an update. It seems the hotel management is not bothered that there is a thief on the loose. For this reason I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Avrei dovuto soggiornare con la mia famiglia presso la struttura come ultima tappa di un viaggio in Spagna e Francia ma una volta visto l'appartamento abbiamo scelto di non soggiornarvi. L’appartamento, che in foto appare ben curato, altro non è che una soffitta bassa senza senza finestre (ci sono lucernari che non si possono aprire, un sistema di climatizzazione non funzionante (forse meglio così a giudicare dal livello di pulizia dalle bocchette dell’aria) dotata di un “divanaccio" macchiato e costellato di buchi di sigarette, pareti sporche, paralumi delle abatjours macchiati, come altrettanto lo era il contro soffitto… risparmio la descrizione dei servizi igienici (dove di igienico c’era ben poco) ma credo possiate immaginare…
