I want to share my experience with this hotel, as I believe it's important to warn other travelers. Upon arrival at the provided address, I found no hotel entrance, just an old hotel building surrounded by a construction fence. The phone number listed in my booking confirmation was out of service, and when I emailed for assistance, I received a strange response claiming there was an issue with my payment and asking me to pay again via PayPal.  Everything felt very odd. I ended up calling Trip.com multiple times for help. They finally managed to contact someone at the hotel, who falsely claimed I had already checked in, while I was still standing in front of the construction fence. I requested Trip.com to give the hotel my mobile number so someone could come out to assist me, but that never happened. Then I was told by Trip.com that the hotel could only contact me through WeChat, which made no sense. By this time, nearly two hours had passed, and it started pouring rain with thunderstorms. This experience was incredibly frustrating and concerning. I strongly advise potential guests to think twice before booking at this hotel. It feels like a scam, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I did.
