Rundle Cliffs Lodge by Spring Creek Vacations

Very pleased with how clean it was. Beds were very comfortable, pillows were soft & fluffy. Canmore is a great little town with cool shops and eateries. So glad we stayed in this area instead of Banff. The only slight challenge was finding the right building to turn into. It’s easy to get turned around at night. The actual building is not very well marked and difficult to see at night. Would definitely recommend to friends & family. Wonderful experience.

Heureusement que cette réservation avait été faite avec la possibilité de l’annuler !!! Après une communication avec l’hôtel via l’application booking suite à notre réservation, nous avons découvert que nous risquions d’avoir des nuisances de bruits tous les jours entre 7h et 19h, même le weekend, information qui nous aurait été communiquée via booking lors de notre réservation. Après consultation, il apparaissait sur la version française la référence de l’appartement 109 - 2 BR Condo (Adding finishing touches, construction noise until Sept) en anglais. Après avoir échangé à plusieurs reprises avec le service clients de Spring Creek Vacations , le risque de nuisances m’étais confirmé, avec en complément l’information que le prix très élevé avait été baissé de 30% tenant compte de ses nuisances. Nous ne venions pas de France pour fêter notre anniversaire de mariage pour nous retrouver avec le risque de nuisances de travaux. Nous avons donc changer notre réservation à Canmore. Sur place, nous avons constater qu’il y avait un énorme chantier encours devant l’appartement avec d’énormes nuisances visuelles et de bruits. Un vrai scandale de louer à ce prix et sans plus d’information sur la réalité des travaux. Vous êtes devant un chantier dans une ville où il y a énormément de travaux et pour longtemps !!! Fortunately, this reservation had been made with the possibility of canceling it!!! After communicating with the hotel via the booking application following our reservation, we discovered that we risked having noise pollution every day between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., even on weekends, information that would have been communicated to us via booking when we made our reservation. After consulting, the reference of apartment 109 - 2 BR Condo (Adding finishing touches, construction noise until Sept) appeared on the French version in English. After having spoken several times with Spring Creek Vacations customer service, the risk of nuisance was confirmed to me, with the additional information that the very high price had been reduced by 30% taking into account its nuisances. We did not come from France to celebrate our wedding anniversary to find ourselves with the risk of nuisance of works. So we changed our reservation in Canmore. On site, we noticed that there was a huge construction site in progress in front of the apartment with enormous visual and noise nuisances. A real scandal to rent at this price and without more information on the reality of the works. You are in front of a construction site in a city where there is a lot of work and for a long time!!!

We enjoyed our stay in Canmore. The Suite was very clean, bright, quiet and comfortable. You will be glad you chose this for your next vacation! We had a relaxing time, the grounds were beautiful. It is always nice when soap, shampoo and paper products are included. The kitchen was well stocked.

Unit was very clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Check in and check out was seamless. Great location with amazing views of the Rocky Mountains. Underground parking was a nice touch. Enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. Unit was very quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at Unit 32 was fantastic. Let me start by saying that we travel a decent amount and I am an owner/ host of 3 short term rental properties so my standards are high! We were a group of 7 friends in the area to do some hiking and sightseeing. SpringCreek Vacations were great to work with. All communication was prompt, detailed, and friendly. The unit is a close and peaceful walk to town. The community seems very new with an assortment of homes and buildings with 2 restaurants within a 2-4 min walk. The unit itself was impeccably decorated, well maintained and appointed, and clean. It is a large spacious townhome and I can appreciate the time it would take to clean the space. I could probably not find an inch of dirt if I had tried, so hats off to the cleaning crew. The location was great, with Policeman’s creek out the back, a nice deck, hot tub (clean hot tub!) and comfortable seating area. There are Mountain View’s from both the front and rear of the home. The beds were comfortable, nice linens and the decor, specifically the art, was fabulous. I fell in love with one piece of art so much that I found the local artist and purchased a piece for my home. I would not hesitate to stay here and I already plan on making it home base again when I return with my family.

Spring creek is breathtaking. Beautiful walks right from your doorstep. Condo is exceptionally well equipped and an oasis in itself. Filled with local art, spacious and south facing. Farmers market on Thursday is within walking distance too!
