Hotel Austria

Con 3 habitaciones reservadas y numero de reserva al llegar no existian nuestras reservas. Memosmal que tenian habitaciones libres. Con la reserva para la cena en el buffet mas de lo mismo. Con la hora y numero de personas tampoco. Les constaba que veniamos pero como desde recepción no se les proporcionó la hora al restaurante dieron nuestra mesa. Al llegar (dentro de la hora) la chica nos atendió un poco de malas maneras. (Con mala leche sin ser nuestra culpa) Todo por falta de comunicacion entre su personal. El chico del buffet nos atendió bien, en recepcion bastante bien. La liempieza… bien si no miras debajo de las camas. Al final salió bien, pero los malos ratos no te los quita nadie, no repetiremos en ese hotel.

Horrible la atencion de la administradora, paola, a demas deje propina para quienes atendian y ella obligaba a dejarla en un pozo comun y los despidio a todos antes de repartirlas. Una decepcion alojar en lugares que explotan a sus trabajadores

We stayed in a lovely Pierre et Vacance Sunari apartment. We were unaware that it was run by the Hotel Austria. The first problem was when we arrived at the apartment we had to walk a long way back uphill to Hotel Austria to get our keys for the apartment. We arrived in the 7th Jan at approx 3.30 pm We had booked a skiing holiday with ski hire, passes and accommodation through Granvalira. From the moment we arrived at the hotel desk we were treated without respect and without help. They did not give us the ski passes that they had printed out already for us.....nor tell us they had them. In fact we were told that they did not have them and were directed to the sports shop (great guys) across the road to get them. As they were already printed (by the hotel), we could not print them at the sports shop either, and had to go early the next morning to the central ski area and have them print them for us...after they had some trouble with the hotel trying to understand why they had not been given to us. Another thing to add....Although I initially told them that they all had undercharged us for Tourist Tax..... They dismissed my comments ....until after when we were hauled up and told to pay up ... as if we tried to cheat them in the first place. It was all a big frustrating... especially after a long time travelling to a place we were never before, where we thought it would be all sorted for us (as paid for already by us). Basically, the two staff we unhelpful, unfriendly, condescending and not bothered with dealing with us at all. We had to bo back three times to sort things out.....but we're unable to because of the attitude of the two women at reception. We had a Spanish speaker with us....but even she could not understand the attitude or reasoning behind the very poor behavior.

Es un hotel pequeño y renovado, aunque haya cosas que necesiten algo más de renovación. Los armarios no tienen cajones. Las baldosas son anticuadas. La ventanas y puertas tb necesitan ser cambiadas. No obstante, esta limpio, el servicio es super amable y simpático. El comedor, los desayunos están bien. Las cenas suelen servir tres opciones ( nosotros fuimos con media pensión) y e de decir que me sorprendió gratamente.. los dias que cenamos allí. El personal muy amable, aunque necesitarían contratar a más gente. Porque había días que no daban abasto. Conclusión…. Repetiría… ? Si repetiría, más que nada por el personal en general ( limpieza, recepción y comedor) a pesar de le faltan algunas cosas de mobiliario y renovación. El servicio hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy agradable.

Mica Farré gracias por tu simpatia y tu buen servicio. Hay pocos hoteles donde te puedas sentir como en casa y aqui sin duda volveré por el trato. Queria recalcar que soy muy observador y trabajo en el mismo sector y el personal deberia cumplir el horario y vacaciones establecidos por el reglamento de la empresa. Asi y todo con estas condiciones la simpatia y la ambabildad permanenecen gracias a Mica y Aylen y vuelvo a dar las gracias por todo el trato. Tambien queria destacar que un amigo ha sufrido una rotura en esquí y Mica le preparó el desayuno y un bocadillo especial para él porque no se podia movilizar. Muchas gracias volveremos seguro por ellas!!

El hotel en si esta bien, para ser un tres estrellas.la camarera Ailen es la que da mejor servicio, esa simpatía y el trato al cliente. Si hay que decir alguna pega es que el menu cada día es el mismo.
