"I picked this hotel with Jet2 as I wanted somewhere quiet after the very recent death of my Dad and it cost me quite a lot of money being a solo traveller so I was expecting A LOT….i was SO disappointed. Firstly, the room. It seems the rooms Jet2 are offered are in a semi-circle that receive NO sun at all. I was horrified at the room I was taken to. It was dreary, damp (there was an oil heater in there) and I suffer with arthritis in both knees and hip and no way was I staying in there! I had stayed in better 2 star hotel rooms travelling thru Spain. I was moved after a lot of discussion, to what they made out to be a far ‘superior’ room (trust me it wasn’t), but at least it got the sun, even though one of the windows wouldn’t even open. The bathroom was something out of the 1980’s as was the shower and the riser was broke which meant I had to stoop in the shower for the whole 11 days! The hotel mostly caters for Germans, so NOBODY dresses for dinner ( and the restaurant doesn’t have that ‘vibe’ anyway!) The swimming pool is NOT heated! I never saw anyone ‘brave it the whole time I was there. The spa is VERY dated! I wouldn’t even use the facilities after my (okay) massage. The plus side is the gardens, which are spectacular and the total peace and quiet…. Is it a 4 Star Hotel that I paid just shy of £2k for 11 days half board. No way. Will I be back. I think you might already have guessed the answer to that!"

Haitat - ei ole mukavuutta huoneessa (vain saippua), tarvittava vähimmäismäärä on täysin poissa ja jos menet hengityksen ja pyytää jotain lähettää etsiä kuntosali, jossa voit ottaa kengät 5 euroa päivässä. En työskennellyt kylmä-ilmastointilaitteissa tammikuusta huolimatta. Asuinpaikka - jos tulet autolla aina kiireinen pysäköinti hotellin edessä ja asettaa auton ladata asioita, työntekijät eivät salli sinua, eivätkä ne tarjoa apua. Sanottiin, että voin lähteä autosta vain viisi minuuttia, kun he tekevät paperit, - laittaa asioita huoneessa, jota ei antanut ja ei tarjonnut laittaa niitä hotelliin, kun etsin pysäköintipaikkaa. Sanoi jättää asioita lobbaan ja mennä pysäköinti auton, jossa voin maksaa pysäköinti lomakkeella, He antoivat suunnitelma pysäköinti, jossa se on sekunnissa on mahdotonta ymmärtää ja sanoi lähin pysäköinti kaupassa, joissa ei ollut ilmaisia paikkoja ja joutui ajelemaan ympäri aluetta, pysäköinti hotellin toisella puolella, jossa on helppo pääsy hotellin heti hissihenkilökunta ei ilmoittanut. Tch jos päätät pysähtyä suoraan hotellista kadulla on sekä ilmaisia ja palkattuja paikkoja (pysäköinti on halpa)"
