We spent a mostly relaxing week here in March 2025. The resort is in very good condition all round, as you'd hope given it only opened at the end of 2024. Preferred club garden room was bigger than advertised and with more of an ocean view than a garden view, a welcome surprise. Check in process could be politely described as slow and disorganised. But I was tired and hungry at that moment, and my experience felt chaotic and with a distinct lack of accountability with multiple reception staff sitting there being their desks doing nothing other than stare at you while you wait to be called for at least 30 mins, with not even a welcome drink offered. We were not taken to the preferred lounge to check in, unclear why we were not offered that (paid for) service. They need to improve a lot here. First impressions and all that. Eventually, we arrived at our room to discover our bags had been taken to another room.. an issue immediately identified and professionally resolved by Basil. As mentioned the resort is in great condition and visually pleasing. We were delighted with the standard of the room. There is enough variation in the F&B offer to stay for up to 10 days without having to repeat your dinner plans. All food was a good standard, with special mentions to the menu of the french restaurant in the lighthouse and the mix grill in the steakhouse. App makes it easy to plan ahead and make reservations. Most staff are friendly and attentive. There is a mix of experienced hospitality professionals and those who just work there as a job. You will quickly identify the staff who offer a level up in service vs those who don't. Special mentions are worth making to Sandra, Kahn and Tiajo in the restaurants, Basil on the door, Muss in entertainment and Smail in the sports bar. I was also impressed with the coffee bar team who always offered service with a smile and remembered our drinks preferences. Would we stay there again? Definitely!
