Taj is the best in every service. We visited Taj Holiday for our anniversary and our stay was excellent. The Breakfast was amazing and had lot of varieties. Taj is the best hotel in hospitality. The Hotel lobby staff Saily helped us very much, upgrade our room to a Cottage and also gave us a complimentary anniversary Pastry and decorated our room. She also gave us some cute gifts on our anniversary. We also visited and enjoyed Taj Fort Aguada property as its accessible from Taj Holiday Village Resort, the property is amazing and has serene and beautiful beach views. Thank you Taj for the amazing service and hospitality. See you soon.

Excellent trip best hotel 👍

I have been on umpteen visits to this hotel and always loved it. This time though our experience was average. Even though their staff is superb - Caravela staff, Housekeeping, pool attendants (special thanks to Mr Sahu there) and all the buggy drivers who transport you with a smile. We didnt know that 2 days(more as setting up started earlier) out of our 5 day stay will be marred by a wedding, which had common areas being taken over, wedding organizers all over setting up stuff, loud wedding band playing night & day, extreme loud music playing next to pool in daytime which made us leave the pool. Both pool & beach areas turned into very garish wedding venues and unusable by other guests. A fair thing would have been to email people who had booked during this period about the wedding and let them decide whether to continue with their booking or not. We surely would not have continued, had we known that half of our stay duration would be a loud wedding.

Taj Holiday Village Goa is a truly a home away from home thanks to the wonderful and warm staff that goes above and beyond to ensure every need is met with a smile. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home with their warm and welcoming hospitality. I was here on the occasion of my birthday and Miss Shraddha, Miss Anita ***** with their team made it one of the most memorable one!!! Not only do they live up to the Taj standard of hospitality but exceed it in every way possible with their personal inputs!!! It was a delight to meet Mr. Derek who has been a part of the resort for the longest time and has always delivered the highest level of hospitality since day one. The smallest of the needs of the guests are taken care in the best possible way by the impeccable staff at the reception, the restaurants as well as the house keeping. At Caravela, Mr Sonu, Mr Vishwanath, Mr Joe, Mr Umesh, Mr Souvik, Mr Jagdish, Mr Aniket, Miss Janice, Miss Trupti, Ms Nisha, Ms Sandhya and of course, Chef Rakesh, Chef Angie, Chef Savio made sure that every meal and dining experience was nothing short of perfection. I was overwhelmed to see the efforts taken by all of them to make not only my birthday but our entire stay the best. Finally the house keeping staff Mr Prashant and his team made sure that all the requirements were well taken care of. All in all this experience, just like all the previous ones, left us feeling overwhelmed and pampered. I am sure that we will be back to enjoy another vacation at this home away from home very soon.

I went to carvella bar to ha e a drink fristly no one attend me till 25 min then i called someone to take take my order they again take 10 min ekta was the manager as i remember and my seconf order still take 10 min which only old monk with normal water since i ah e a bad trought pathetic service THE TAJ not acceptable

While i inquired for one of my friends but i am surprised at the rude attitude of the staff. Yes we requested something but that doesnt mean the staff is rude and outrightly turns us down. Nishat Laljee is nothing what Taj hospitality is and stands for. People like her should not be a part of the system or Taj standards are falling for sure really sad 😔

Bad Value for Money stay This is one of the Taj’s flagship property in India and one of the most expensive hotels so one expects extraordinary service from them especially on Christmas holidays. Surprisingly they only have two restaurants, one is coffee shop offering buffet breakfast and lunch and dinner and the other one is a Thai restaurant- Banyan Tree. We have stayed at this property many times but this time food at coffee shop was very much below average- minus 10 on a scale of 10. Tasteless with bad to look at presentation on table made us hunt for food outside the hotel though we had paid for a meal plan. There are so many great choices outside the hotel for food that is much reasonably priced like Second House, Hosa, etc. Rotten bananas coming on the table and such food not only in buffet but also in ala carta menu escaping professional eyes is a serious RED FLAG. We informed all the concerned people and they promised to look into it. Secondly the cabanas were all dirty. Despite bringing it to their knowledge no one cleaned it up for five nights of our stay. This is not what you expect after you pay $800 USD for a night.
