Taj as always say is my 2nd home exceptional services I would say a wow experience they help you create memories which you can cherish life time thankyou to all the staff of Taj and specially Madhur in the front desk who went an extra mile to help us will revisit again to make more memories

We stayed at the Taj Holiday Village for 3 nights and boy do we wish that we had some more time there! Right from the Check-In , we had a very personalised stay. Shraddha from Guest services welcomed us and ensured that my 8 year old was fully engaged. She even suggested planning some celebrations for my sister. Since this is a huge property, Buggies are readily available to transport you to and from the room. We were 2 Adults and 3 kids in the room and the House keeping staff did a wonderful job to make us comfortable. At the activity centre, Madhu and her team have plenty of tricks under their belt to keep kids busy for hours..like glass painting, art competitions,crafts , pottery and colouring. The pool bar serves mocktails as well which were thoroughly enjoyed by our little ones. Ravina at Guest services alongwith with her team arranged a very special surprise celebration for us with the room decorated with baloons , personalised messages and a cake!! Several paid activites also available like zip lining and rock climbing. A shuttle service availble to Taj Fort Aguada. Chef Savio and the kitchen team at the Caravela Restaurant did an impeccable job while presenting a lavish breakfast buffet spread with a splendid service!! In all, we had a terrific stay with both adults and kids elated with the experience and ready to relive the same soon!! Many thanks to all staff members for making it an enjoyable holiday for us to remember.

Our stay at Taj Village Resort Goa was nothing short of perfect. Right from the smooth check-in and check-out process—thanks to Mr. Madhur—to the beautiful beachfront ambiance, everything was thoughtfully handled. We had most of our meals at Caravela Restaurant, and it became a highlight of our trip. The food was consistently delicious with a wide variety, but what truly stood out was the service. Awadh and Pankaj took exceptional care of us during each visit. Their attentiveness and warmth made every meal feel special. The resort’s lush greenery, serene setting, and top-notch service make it an ideal escape for anyone visiting Goa. Highly recommended for those seeking luxury, relaxation, and fantastic hospitality.
