Whispering Palms Beach Resort

Fantastic holiday, good out of this world, room excellent size, very clean and fresh daily. Our house keeper couldn’t do enough for us. All the staff at whispering Palms are friendly, pleasant and made our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back again. Five star rating I would say.

Good ambience. Excellent hospitality. Super quality food. Large spread in buffet. Staff highly courteous. Rooms well maintained. House keeping excellent. Welll maintained swimming pool. Good garden. Easy access to beach with less crowd. Overall huge value for money.

Overall a decent property, but the actual property is bit different than its shown in the images, It seems very old and the price of the property is bit higher than it should be. You can get better options in the same price.

Das war unsere erste Reise nach Goa und wir waren anfänglich etwas nervös bezüglich der Standards. Als wir das Hotel betreten haben, waren jedoch alle Bedenken verflogen! Ich habe selten so ein sauberes Hotel gesehen! Das Essen war immer gut und auch abwechslungsreich. Es gibt regelmäßige Themenabende & es findet sicher jeder etwas für seinen Geschmack. Die Lage des Hotels ist in einer ruhigeren Seitenstraße unweit vom Strand entfernt. Fußläufig kann kleinere Geschäfte, Supermärkte oder Geldautomaten leicht erreichen. Manisha ist die gute Fee des Restaurants. Immer zu einem kleinen Plausch aufgelegt und stets um das Wohlergeben Ihrer Gäste bemüht. Harish überblickt den Poolbereich und war unser bester Ansprechpartner für ein kühles Bier an der Poolbar. Zudem kann *** mit ihm wunderbar über Gott und die Welt reden! Ankush hat uns das Kartenspiel „Money“ beigebracht und Satyajit hat nicht nur für unser top-sauberes Zimmer gesorgt, sondern uns auch jeden Tag mit einer anderen kunstvollen Figur aus Handtüchern überrascht. Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team im Hotel und auch an das Management. Auch an unseren letzten Tag nach dem Check-Out hat *** sich bis zu unserer Abreise in den Abendstunden gekümmert. Wir wurden verpflegt und hatten sogar noch die Möglichkeit zu duschen.

It was a lovely stay at whispering palms.Property is at the walking distance from beach which makes it alot more appealing. We enjoyed by the pool side and delicious breakfast. I mean alot of variety is there and every day the menu has so something new to offer

We stayed at the Whispering Palms Beach Resort from the 21st November – 3rd December 24. We loved the hotel and found it to be very Indian so a little dated but spotless and clean and with fantastic staff who made our stay really enjoyable We had great food and met some fun people who had stayed at the hotel numerous times which spoke volumes to us. The location is great and was two minutes from the busy main road and just five minutes from the beautiful Candolim beach Your staying in India so get ready for the madness that will take a few days to adjust to but when you do you can’t help being taken in by the charm and friendliness of the local people and Goa Cow’s walking down the roads, dogs asleep in the roads, Tut Tuts, horns blowing constantly but it all seems to work as you walk around Staff who deserve recognition are Dora, Pravin, (Who made us a pack lunch on two occasions as we were heading out early), De Pakk and Sumit, but all of the staff worked hard to ensure that our stay was a great one and also deserve a big thank you Would we go back?, yes of course we would….
