I really enjoyed my stay, i came with my maa for a trip Food and amenities are incredible Cleanliness is top notch Each and every staff is super polite It was very safe and secure for female traveller also Spa is under renovation so I couldn't experience that but overall it's blissful Will totally recommend to anyone travelling solo, group, friends or family 😁🐚🌊🌞

This hotel was excellent choice. Maybe it’s not easy to find, but for us everything was good. It’s not far from beach and main street. Wifi is perfect. The staff is friendly and caring. The pool size is perfect, the pool boys good. We have dinner included, Sony and Deepika and all other staff was helpfully- now we are experts of Indian food.

I stayed at this property formerly known as Country Inn and Suites, which was acquired by the IHCL (Taj) Group and has been operational under the new management since November 2024. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing, despite having shared detailed feedback with the General Manager during my stay. This trip was particularly special as I was travelling with my parents after a very long time, and the experience at the hotel sadly put a damper on it. While the staff was courteous, there was a noticeable lack of urgency and accountability—something unexpected from a brand of Taj’s stature. The room was unclean, toiletries were insufficient, and basic housekeeping standards were simply not met. For instance, a bowl of soaked almonds placed on Day 1 remained untouched until Day 3, towels were stained, and a used coffee cup I brought back from breakfast was never cleared—even after the room had supposedly been serviced. What was even more concerning was the apparent ineffectiveness of the hotel’s leadership. Despite raising these concerns directly with the GM, there was no meaningful resolution during the course of our stay. For a property operating under the Taj banner, this level of service and attention to detail is unacceptable. A significant overhaul in operations and leadership accountability is urgently needed.

It was a wonderful experience in la estoria by taaj.... All staff are very helpful and sweet , very nice services, awesome food, we are very satisfied with la estoria hotel nd staff, rooms and property was very nice and satisfying, overall experience is very satisfied

The property is excellent, cozy simple and welcoming. Quality of the service, food, rooms is fabulous. Chef Anurag at the restaurant was extremely welcoming and took great care of us. Will surely think of revisiting the property in the future.

Beautiful place with very courteous staff. They made our stay wonderful. Restaurant team was ever so eager to give you the taste of your like. Mr. Sanjeev, Mr.Sunny, Mr. Lavlesh and others Definitely recommend everyone to do visit the place. Taj Hospitality is exceptional as always

Location wise it’s close to all restaurants and Baga and candolim. Stay was good. I was particularly impressed by Manas from housekeeping who ensured that there was some form of towel art ( rabbit, elephant) made and kept everyday in our room welcoming us back. Food is good too. Overall highly recommend

Last night we went to the restaurant with our Family after being spending 03 night at Goa, We are looking for home style food . That we had at this restaurant, really good food . Really Thank all the Restaurant staff ,Sailash the Manager, Idrish (May be I wrong with the name) and all subordinate Staff and chefs. I really like to thank you behalf of my family.
