Seashell Suites and Villas- Candolim Goa

We are well travelled, this hotel is outstanding. It is a medium sized independent hotel. The owners are very diligent in ensuring a high standard of care for their customers and employees. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Each room has a powerful shower with different options. There is ample space for cases clothing etc. There is a TV that can be watched from your bed and another in a sitting area. There is a good quality fridge and ample supplies of bottled water. The room leads onto a private balcony from which you can see the main pool. Everything is spotless. Ther air con is quiet and efficient. Outside there are well maintained, pleasant gardens which many species of birds enjoy. There are three pools. The main pool is a good length. There are comfortable poolside loungers and a bar with cocktails, beers and good food. There is a small gym with weights, running machines, a bike, cross trainer and multi weights machine. The staff guest ratio is excellent and everyone is very happy, well trained and eager to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is quiet but right in the middle of all the best bars, restaurants and shops. The buffet breakfast has different choices everyday and is high quality. There are also good choices of made to order dishes. (Make sure you try the Masala Dhosa) The beach is an easy stroll. Both airports are less than an hour away. Don’t hesitate, book this one. You might find a hotel with a bigger buffet or a better gym but for service and comfort this hotel is world class.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel for our first time in Goa. We are a family of 5 visiting on holiday and we had such a lovely reception at this beautiful hotel. Each and every member of staff go out of their way to make you feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble. You are treated as family and told to make the place your home, which we certainly did. The villa we stayed in and facilities were excellent, the food was top class and the chef Nitin came to chat to guests regularly to ensure everything was to their liking and that they were enjoying their food. The owner, Mr Shelly and his son and MD ate breakfast with the guests and would chat to you each day. They like to make sure you are full so would often send more food your way! You will leave this place much heavier than you arrived! The hospitality we experienced here was second to none. We have never received such lovely service and I can see why the reviews for this hotel are so good. The staff like to make guests feel like royalty. A special mention to just a few of the amazing staff. Kim so was so kind and looked after us throughout our stay, Sandesh who was always so happy and smiling and a welcome sight at the Sky Bar. Somath and Phonglan who were very attentive and kind. From the cleaners to the gardeners too, every member of staff here was fantastic. We will miss this place and Charlie and his angels will certainly be back!

Everything was excellent - the accommodation, the food, the staff, the facilities. The management took care of the minutest of details. They even posted something we had left behind in the hotel. The owners visited every us every morning at breakfast to see if we were comfortable. They even sent a cake to our villa. The resort provided us with towels for the beach. Highly recommend this place.
