The best hotel service I have ever received. Hotel was clean, food was excellent and the staff were incredibly efficient and helpful. Always smiling and polite. Special shout out to Mario and Kim at the front desk and in the restaurant. Also Ashish who made sure our room was always spotless. Perfect location. Highly Recommended

Experience was excellent and we are fully satisfied with the services and staff is very cooperative Food is excellent our experience is so so so good and highly recommend to our family and friends, cleaning was super happy to stay and visit again

Rooms: Very large, immaculately clean, special thank you to our room attendant, bed very comfortable. Plenty of water left daily. Grounds: The gardener very friendly and works hard all day to keep grounds immaculate Staff Well what can we say ……. the best staff we have experienced in any hotel in any part of the world. Very polite, helpful and friendly, you usually get a handful who are good but every single person whether it’s the gentleman out front greeting you as you arrive or leave the hotel, to the gardener, chef, cleaners , reception team or breakfast and bar team they are all excellent, The manager/ owner greets and chats with all his guests at breakfast which is a nice touch. ( although be warned ‼️‼️ he is a feeder and will order you food even when you have had your breakfast 🫣). They refer to the hotel as not a hotel but your home for the duration of your stay. Food and drink: Very responsibly priced and nice food. In fact drinks cheaper than outside the hotel in many cases. Breakfast , cheese omelettes are amazing as were fried and poached eggs cooked to perfection well done chef and team … ow and the Dosas for breakfast are a must try 😋 All the buffet food and food to order lovely and fresh and plenty to choose from . Suggestions for improvements: Struggled to find many 1. maybe a themed night at the hotel once a week or fortnight to try and get people to eat and drink in. The food and drink was lovely but there are so many other lovely places to experience and eat in Goa. So this might sway people to eat in hotel 2. bottles of shampoo shower gel supplied in the room and topped up daily to be more eco friendly maybe look to add a refillable dispenser in the shower
