Disappointing for a 5 star property. They contacted a day prior to ask what time I would be checking in. I came in a bit later than the time mentioned and still had to wait 15-20 mins for the room to be ready. Check out was slow as well. Rooms are clean but old and need improvement. Breakfast buffet had mediorce options. Staff barely smile at you. Stayed at 3 star properties with much better outcome

Hotel godny polecenia. Śniadania i kolacje w formie bufetu bardzo smaczne i różnorodne. Pokoje przestronne i wygodne. Niem mam zastrzeżeń.

It was our second day as we extended our stay. Good Place to stay no doubt. Good can be improved as we tried the buffet for dinner but it wasn’t that great. Staff were fantastic as usual

The experience was good overall. Initially they got the room wrong and therefore didn't have us registered for breakfast but this was fixed and they allowed us to shower in the room that was given to us first so we didn't lose time. The staff are helpful and the grounds are good. The location is amazing, a 2 minutes walk to the beach and on the end of a main road full or shops and bars.

Such a lovely hotel. Staff friendly and obliging. Urmila, the chef is an absolute asset to your hotel. What a beautiful lady. She definitely cooks from her heart . Rayna, the FnB manager is lovely also. The pool was lovely and relaxing and the pool staff were very nice and obliging. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone

From the moment we arrived, we have been greeted with a warm smile and the reception staff have been eager to assist us. Especially Chirashree. Rooms are of good quality and decent bathrooms. The restaurant is good and offers a great breakfast. The egg station is really good. Overall a prefect Goa destination for the Candolim resort area.

Best hotel in town in terms of cleanliness and services. Buggi was also provided to the beach for us. Friendly staff in each and every outlet. Rooms were very hygienic and well maintained. Shout out to team housekeeping for keeping our room hygiened throughout our stay.

My recent dining experience was incredible, largely due to Pooja. She greeted us with a smile and took the time to explain the menu thoroughly. Her recommendations were excellent; I tried the grilled octopus, which was tender and flavorful. Throughout the meal, Pooja was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Her friendly personality and genuine care for our experience elevated the evening. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, enhancing the overall dining experience. I left feeling completely satisfied and can't wait to return, especially to see Pooja!

Dining here was a pleasure, thanks to Pooja,Arshi and Sangeeta She greeted us warmly and took the time to explain the specials in detail. Pooja's suggestions were excellent; I enjoyed the pasta dish, which was rich and satisfying. She was attentive throughout our meal, ensuring our drinks were always full and checking in at just the right moments. Her friendly personality and genuine care for our experience made the evening truly enjoyable. The lovely ambiance of the restaurant added to the charm of the night. I left feeling happy and can't wait to return, especially to see Pooja, Arshi and sangeeta

Very spacious well equipped room with a really comfortable bed. Lovely staff and an excellent breakfast buffet. The music round the pool was too loud and not our taste, but maybe that’s just our age. Easy walk to some great restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.
