The hotel was neat and the staff was good and helpful. Special thanks to teja and nilesh for helping us to get the things smoothly. Also thanks for. All the staff who prepared and served food and helped for us. One small concern if the breakfast is ready on time(8am) then it's good. That is the only improvement area i am seeing during my stay.

Its very old property and not 3 star from any point, rooms size too small around 9*9 ft room. Reception and common area pics shown are morphed and in pics appear too big but very small. Washroom small though clean. Staff behave fine. Breakfast fine. Don’t provide inclusions, no high tea but say we have only tea. No welcome drinks as they write. Stinking smell in some rooms. Actually a budget hotel type with old furniture and amenities. If going with expectation after viewing their pics kindly leave your expectations aside. Had to cancel my booking in between the stay after talking to mm t which they provide good but little delayed response and i was able to move to different excellent hotel nearby.

Good property with beautiful pool side view. Food quality is also good but breakfast can be improved. Staff is also very supportive. Sambhu ji and service by sanjay ji also quite good. Must visit property

The location is good, candolim beach is just at walkable distance. Food is good at a reasonable price. Service from shambhu was very good. Also all the staff are very responsive and professional.

The ambience and property is well maintained. Very close proximity to the buzzing market and beach. There was no complimentary high tea provided. Customer service could be better

Stay was good here. Will definitely book it again on our next trip. Food here is also good. They don’t offer much varieties in breakfast buffet but still on this price whatever they offered was good.
