"The hotel is well located, however, it's too noisy; you can hear the music from the bar next door from the rooms, which isn't ideal for sleeping. The rooms are very old and the shower is terrible. Breakfast is decent, only the coffee is awful (even though there's good coffee in the area). The neighborhood is very lively and the beach is incredible and nearby. The pools are nice, but the gym is too small."

"We had an amazing stay at Altitude at Krystal Grand. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was beautiful, very spacious, and extremely clean. The ocean-view balcony was one of our favorite features, we spent so much time relaxing there, enjoying the incredible views and peaceful atmosphere. The location of the resort is truly one of its biggest highlights. It sits on one of the best stretches of beach in Cancun, with crystal-blue water and calm waves that made the beach experience unforgettable. The beach service was also a huge plus and something we appreciated, especially compared to other Cancun resorts we have stayed at. The restaurant options were great, and we had no issues making reservations during our stay. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and beautiful surroundings made for a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. There are a few areas where the resort could improve. The pools and many of the bars close a little too early, and extending those hours would make the experience even better. The buffet could also use more variety and improved dessert options. Adding something like a self-serve ice cream station would be a great addition and is something many other resorts offer. Aside from those small improvements, our experience was amazing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return to Alttude at Krystal Grand for another Cancun vacation."
