El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación y cuenta con un confort formidable, todos los lugares y áreas muy limpias y las habitaciones muy acogedoras. La ubicación del hotel facilita 100% la transportación a todos los lugares de interés y la atención del personal es excelente, en mi opinión lo recomiendo 100%. Definitivamente volveré💯 muchas gracias Cancún

Bonito hotel, con una buena ubicación en el centro de Cancún y cerca de muchos restaurantes, también puedes tomar buses a la zona de playa. El desayuno es muy rico también. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.

乾淨，服務好，早餐好。

Lobby and pool side are decent. Hotel rooms are old and tired. Lift access to the One small lift was terrible with slopes/stairs . Initially assigned a room on 7 floor which is not accessible by lift and we had large suitcases. Toilet didn’t flush and smoke detector kept making a high pitch noise.

房間太小，位於主幹道旁，露天泳池是這裏唯一的亮點，不過泳池邊的有些休息區似乎不太乾淨。考慮到價格，還算性價比較高。

We were not happy with this hotel. It was not clean, run down and over priced. We had to wait in a queue for more than 30 minutes each morning for breakfast even though we went very early or later and the food was very disappointing. The room was moldy and the balcony had green slimy water. The TV remote didn’t work and we could only watch one channel. The staff were very friendly and tried their best to accommodate but we left even before our stay was up because we were very unhappy with this hotel.

Overall I enjoyed my stay and liked the room. BUT room had no or very little hot water while refreshing after the day in the heat. Still seems basic and no towels the first night. I called and they didn't show up, went and got one from the front desk. Again basic. Location is quite nice I dodged the taxis and ubered. So cheap I felt guilty. they do stock all the things you might forget even a shaver and cream. I'd stay there again because of the price and the location.
