我住的女士宿舍，3張上下床，酒店衞生很好，淋浴馬桶洗臉盆3分離，很方便，還有一個小陽台。距離ADO巴士站很近，出行及去機場十分方便，旁邊吃飯買小東西很方便。酒店提供熱水，寄存行李。

我住有私人衛浴的套房，除了地點方便外，設備真的讓人失望。 1、兩次入住廁所都有未清潔好的他人毛髮 2、第一次入住時有兩晚沒有熱水 3、第二次入住則是水流太小，幾乎要貼著牆壁洗澡 4、第二次入住最後一晚停電，無事先告知，狀況發生時也無任何通知及改善回應，直到隔天早上依舊沒電 5、第一次入住時有一天白天在房間，工作人員直接闖進來要看消防設備，無敲門也無事前通知

El hostel esta muy cerca del centro y de la cebtral de buses que conecta con el aeropuerto! La habitacion estaba bien, pero el baño un poco sucio y el retrete roto. Pase solo 2 noches, asi que estuvo bien.

The receptionist wanted me to wait at least 20 minutes before I can check in due to a change of staff at that time, but after complaining, I was finally able to have her check me in since she was still working. Otherwise, everything else was fine!

期待下次的入住，酒店方向不錯，客人很滿意。而且室友們都很熱情友好。

バスターミナルから近く、近くには飲食店・スーパー、遅くまで営業しているコンビニもありとても好立地だった。 また、シャワーも水量が十分で温水も出た。 作業スペースやプールも併設されていてとても良かった。

預訂時明明顯示已含税，實際到店前台堅持還需另收税費，説是坎昆城市税，之前在坎昆住其他酒店時沒有出現過這種情況。

Una experiencia muy buena! El staff es increíble y siempre todos están dispuestos a ayudar.

Love this hostel, the location is good, very close to the ADO bus station. It is convenient to travel to other places:)
