酒店位置很好，一出去就是海攤，一日三餐都很豐富，比較喜歡他們的西餐廳，很有格調和牛排很好吃！泳池也很大！

Everything was great. We especially loved the pool in the late afternoon when the sun was blocked by the building — it wasn’t too hot. The food was better than we expected. Loved the kids club, and all the activities were really fun. The only downside was that the beach wasn’t as good and gentle as the northern ones, and when it was windy, umbrellas weren’t allowed. The buffet restaurant was also quite hot and stuffy.

値段の割にサービス内容が充実いていました。 空港から近くとてもよかったです。 しかし、壁が薄いのか隣の部屋の会話が聞こえてきます。

Really good people work here. The restaurants are delicious. The breakfast buffet has a healthy bar. The beachfront views are spectacular.

オールインクルーシブを満喫 スタッフの皆さまとてもフレンドリーに 話しかけてくださいました 質問にも丁寧に回答頂けました チェックイン前からチェックアウト後も ビーチやプール周りでのんびり出来ました! 何でも何時でも飲食出来、お気に入りは、 プールサイドのバイキングレストラン😚 お酒類は、ココで飲むのが美味しい 部屋からビーチが見えるのは、 やはり感動します😆 プールサイドのサンラウンジャーの良いところ （日陰）は、朝から確保されちゃいます 朝からバスタオル置いておくと良い プールサイドで使うバスタオルは、 マメに交換しても料金に影響ありません。 カードと交換又は、新しいタオルを貰えばOK ジャグジーは日本人にはぬるい35℃あるかな? シャワーばかりのメキシコで、 湯船に浸かりたい願望が強いからか…残念

The staffs are beyond friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. The food wasn’t the best but I survived the few days.

性價比挺高的，服務也很好，食物種類挺多的，每天晚上還有表演，有自己的專屬沙灘，最好的是有健身房，但是關門有點早

初めてのオールインクルーシブですごく充実した旅行になりました。 朝、夜は予約をしないと入れないレストランがあったのに、知らずに予約せずにいたらあっという間に埋まってしまい、3泊4日のうちの2日はディナーがビュッフェになってしまいました、、💦 これはチェックインの時に詳しく説明が必要だったなと思いました！

4日間滞在のうちの2日間はまともに使えるエレベーターが1/4でした。残りの2日間も2/4は客室のある階からロビーに降りることはできるけどロビーから客室階に上がることはできず、非常に不便でした。 また食事があまり美味しくなかったり、利用できるレストランが限定されていたり、オールインクルーシブとは言えルームサービスは有料で飲み物も有料のものが多かったです。 何が利用できるのかアプリで確認しなければいけないのも結構面倒でしたが、どこもそういうものなのでしょうか…？ 部屋はきれいで快適でしたが、壁がとても薄く、隣の部屋の普通の話し声も聞こえてしまうのでとても気を使いました。 もう一度泊まることはないかなと思います。

Very good location only 15 min from the airport, staff were very helpful only downside is that there is a little bit of renovations going on but other than that it’s a very nice resort.

Never such an experience like this before I hope I find a chance to go there
