Big mistake booking in that Condos and the app would help me either resolving the inconvenience. When I arrived at the hotel, they asked me for a QR code that I did not know, they made me waste about an hour and a half trying to solve the problem, no one could solve the problem for me. I had to make a reservation at another hotel.I am now requesting a refund and I can't get through to the app, I don't know who can help me at this time.
