We could see the Caribbean sea from our room and it was amazing. The beach is just a step from the hotel and you can enjoy the swimming pool with sea view as well!

My stay at Bsea Cancun Plaza Hotel was truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm and cordial efforts made the experience feel more than perfect, and their prompt and efficient customer support was commendable. The location of the hotel is simply breathtaking – being right next to the beach made it a dream destination for relaxation and enjoying Cancun's natural beauty. The proximity to the ocean, combined with the serene surroundings, deserves a perfect 10/10 for location. The staff was exceptional, earning a well-deserved 10/10 for their friendliness and dedication. The ambiance of the hotel was serene and inviting, making it an ideal getaway, which I would rate 9/10. While the restaurant could improve slightly, I would still give it a commendable 8/10 for its offerings. Overall, considering the outstanding beachfront location, the exceptional staff, and the peaceful ambiance, my experience was nothing short of delightful. I would confidently rate my stay a 9.5/10 and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Cancun!

酒店的環境還是不錯的 在7字海灘區 有免費停車 也有漂亮的泳池跟沙灘 衹是酒店過於陳舊 房間可以説簡陋型 房卡無法使用多次 前台服務很差 是比較糟心的一次入住

La vista es increíble cerca del aeropuerto, cuarto sin mantenimiento muy viejo mobiliario, cortinas rota.sin botella agua. Amables personal. No comimos en el hotel. Lo mejor es el balcón del cuarto con un hermoso paisaje. Aunque sillas más comodas y modernas sería bueno.

Отель старый,но чистый.Хороший бассейн и пляж.Номер большой.Видно что хозяин не курит,везде таблички о запрете курения,если словят штраф 100 долларов США.Кондиционер шумел ужасно,потом сломался.

私人海灘無邊浴池很好

Stayed in the master suite for 3 days. The view was amazing but the lady receptionist was the rudest person i've ever encountered. Wifi coverage is awful, had to pay more money than trip.com said at the time of booking.

Hotel was ok for the price we pay. Need a lot of work to be on Hotel Zone. But it can turn beautiful, view was amazing, front desk personal amazing very helpful with directions and information also the people at the gate and the shopping store.

Sehr schmutzig. Ich bekam 3 Tage lang die selben benutzten Handtücher einfach nur frisch zusammen gefaltet. Überall Schimmel, Flecken auf der Bettdecke
