Très bon hôtel situation idéale et personal vraiment très aimable

イタリアンレストランがとてもおいしかった。部屋も毎日綺麗に清掃してくださり、とても快適に過ごせました。

因為我們過來的時候是酒店的淡季，房間很空，所以我們得到了額外花60刀升級房型的機會，從日落房間升級為低層套房（不在一個建築裏），包括兩室兩廳。酒店泳池很小比不上隔壁五千一晚的，但吃得不錯，沙灘位置也很好，酒店內都是當地人在度假，總的來説性價比很高，適合想要慢節奏度假的人。

房間空間很大，有大大的陽台，可以看到另一面海，曬個衣服也能很快就幹了。全包餐食，部分菜單限制，有的額外付費，但是味道不錯，很符合中國胃。

停車場到酒店大廳沒有電梯，行李需要搬運 部分房間沒有電梯，行李需要搬運上樓。靠海邊房間隔音太好，夜晚海浪聲很大。 沙灘很好，保潔搬運不要忘了給小費，二十到五十墨西哥比索均可。 有小超市。停車免費。

Bardzo dobry hotel za niewysoką jak na lokalizację cenę. Dobra taqueria na dole!

This was our favorite stay in whole mexico!! Amazing room, the best bed I have ever slept on, very clean, suuuper friendly staff, great breakfast. Great price!

Everything was amazing at this hotel except for a couple things. The service was wonderful. Enjoyed that part the most. The food was also very good. Especially enjoyed the gourmet Italian restaurant, Chianti. Service there is the bomb! The pool is small and overcrowded, however. Not much seating around the pool either. The beach was sufficiently stocked with plenty of palapas and chairs, which was nice. Didn't have a problem getting a space on the beach any time of day. The color of the water in this location is absolutely breathtaking, but the roughness of the beach is tremendous. Very difficult to enjoy the water at all. Next time I will have to find a place with calmer waters. Getting a reservation for the gourmet restaurants is daunting, as usual for Mexico. I can never understand why making dinner reservations is so difficult to do at these all inclusive hotels. It is really ridiculous. The day we arrived, the "concierge" (but really the timeshare sales person) promised to make a reservation for us for a few nights later to eat at the Italian restaurant, and she told us to check with her the day before to confirm the reservation. So I did exactly as she said but I was told that they cannot see what reservations are made until the day of the reservation. So I had to check again the day of, and of course there was no reservation made for us. They were able to give us a reservation for that evening, however. Good thing because I would have really been upset had they not, especially since we were going to be leaving the next day! Soooo very tired of this BS at the all inclusives. It's coming to the point where it's not even worth it to do the all-inclusive anymore. So very ridiculous, I swear. Something so easy has to be so difficult for them. Anyway, I wouldn't stay here again because we were not able to enjoy the pool at all, nor the beach because of the roughness of the water. Almost constantly there is a volleyball game going on in the pool and there's no room for anything else unless you want to get hit in the head by the ball! But the music around the pool was good most of the time.

Instalações bem cuidadas, limpeza impecável. Recepção muito agradável, todos muito atenciosos. A comida é variada e muito boa. A localização é ótima e a vista dos quartos é incrível. Perto do shopping mais chique de Cancún (La Isla). Ótimas opções de bebida e comida no restaurante. Piscina com música, boa parte do dia. Bom trecho de praia para caminhar. Aluguel de jetski na praia em frente ao hotel.

가성비호텔이에요 다운타운이랑 가깝고 R1 버스가 계속 다녀서 접근성 좋습니다.

기대보다 좋았습니다. 로비의 분위기, 수영장, 해변 모두 계속 머물고 싶은 요소들이었습니다. 조식도 꼭 포함하시구요!

房間很大，一個人住很爽！吃的也不錯，週末晚上還有現場演出，泳池下午有各種活動，不會無聊。服務也很周到，很推薦！性價比很高
