The location is great, just a 10-minute walk from the bus hub, and everything is very clean. This is the first hostel I’ve stayed at where the cleaner works at night to tidy up the common room. The room had plenty of space for everyone. I stayed here for 2 nights and booked an 8-bed female dorm. When I checked in at 1 pm, I was assigned to a 4-bed dorm on the 2nd floor. At first, I was the only one there, but a man arrived at 10 pm. I checked with reception, and they apologized for the mistake and moved me to a 4-bed female dorm on the 1st floor. I felt uncomfortable because I was getting ready to sleep and didn’t expect to share a room with a man, as I had booked a female dorm. Moving all my belongings after unpacking was also inconvenient. My second room was still a 4-bed female dorm, even though I had booked an 8-bed dorm. I’m not sure why this happened, but I wanted to share my experience to help the hostel avoid similar issues in the future.

房間寬敞，床鋪舒適堅固，衛浴清潔乾淨，廚房冰箱空間充足。櫃台親切，非常推薦的住宿點。

下了機場大巴，走個15分鐘，還可以……能接受，可以自己做飯，我們也不做……哈哈哈，房間就是一張床……一張桌子……旁邊的商場裏有超市，我們去附近都是打車的12左右，遠的16.17差不多了……始終不辦卡，懶得辦

位置極好，離車站不遠，周邊商場很多，但房間內有些異味，床上好像打掃不太乾淨。

I stayed here before my visa appointment. Room was not full, it was quiet enough to sleep and they helped me print out some documents. Great location

這個青旅總體還不錯，前台和搞衞生的服務人員都很熱情！ 反而一個女經理管理太差，第一次是我同房間的一個蘇丹女孩白住好幾天，還是我發現的問題，她在管理啥？ 第二次是我在前台續費的四人房間，而且因為新年，房價是104澳元一天，我也無異議付了錢。第二天經理親自做前台，她卻要我換房，我想也許別人包房了，我也就大包小包從一樓搬到二樓，結果我到二樓房間一看，是八人房，我一看不對，就跑下去前台諮詢，經理態度非常不好，説我自己在網上訂的八人房，我説已經住了一個多星期了，我是前台續費的，她非但不聽，還態度蠻狠，最後我要求她打電話給我續費的工作人員，最後搞清楚是她自己把名字搞錯了，把我和其他女生搞混了。然後我再大包小包從二樓搬到一樓，她卻一句道歉都沒有，我用翻譯軟件和她説了，她卻當做不懂，太沒素質了，也沒有一個管理者的管理水平！

繼續入住，太舒服啦，簡直停不下來的感覺，每天都開心滿滿，堪培拉的氣候宜人，住宿環境也十分新奇，導致我和另外兩個小夥伴必須必須繼續入住。好夢連連啊。我的美照就是在他們店裡拍的，窗外的景色也非常舒服。在屋裡望向外面，撲面而來的微風醉人。還有8個小朋友寒假期間去玩，首推你家啦。

Foi muito legal dividir o quarto com Outras 3 meninas. Apenas faltou privacidade em cada cama e faltou pontos de energia. O banheiro Coletivo estava em reforma e por isso tive q atravessar um corredor ate poder chegar no banheiro mais próximo. A cozinha esta equipada com alguns aparelhos e as vezes é pequena.

깔끔하고 도어락을 앱으로 사용하는건 정말 편리했음

Barebones hostel accommodations with reasonably clean amenities. Solid location. Having to install an app to get room keys is a little annoying, but reasonable That said, I either got scammed, or the room labels on this site need to be revisited, because I booked a private room with private bathroom, but the room I received only had a bed in it and I still needed to use the public bathroom.
