Location is great as it is the very city center - embarkment and and a lot of options of food nearby. Although there can be a lot of noise from the outside
The receptionist is extremely nice, but doesn’t speak English at all. It’s okay because he will try to help you anyway.
The room is clean in general, but the condition is not very good. But still okay for one-two nights.

Excellent staff members, very friendly and helpful. They don't speak English but they treat you like you're family. The room is very small (as big as a queen size bed) but the location is right in the center of everything. The bus from the otogar (c9) also stops right around the corner. The only con about this place is that there's a bar across the street which plays loud music until 2am on the weekend. Weekdays are not bad, just street noise.
