Dream Catcher Beach Resort and Spa by Feather Touch

Let me start with the good points. The location is great. It's few steps away from the palolem beach and you have to walk through a narrow dark alleyway surrounded by dense foliage on both sides. A bit unsafe if you are a single woman or *** because there are no lights and you might run into some shady person or group or a big indian cow. The backwaters view is fine, i mean someone can cross through it as it's not that deep. The staff is extremely hospitable and very well mannered. Inf-act it's the only other good thing besides access to the beach for staying here. Now the room which was given to us was extremely small and shoddy with no place to sit and full of mosquitos. I got bitten by so many of them. The structure of the room from inside felt like living in a tent. The bed was very uncomfortable to sit. The bathroom had a weird smell to it and the flush doesn't even work properly. We had a very uncomfortable staying experience and it felt like a struggle to walk around that tiny room. The food was very mid and expensive. There is a massage service and it was good. I felt it was overall very basic and definitely not worth it. They were renovating, so considering that, despite of it the staff and the manager were very helpful and made our stay somewhat worthwhile but i would recommend to look somewhere else for a more comfortable experience, where you don't get bitten by annoying mosquitoes !

First of all you will not at all feel like you were staying in a resort but you will be thinking that you are staying in some forest with all the facilities which you need. In the evening you could hear all the bird chirping sounds and it was more like a dream to be. From this resort you will get to beach with very few steps. Also the podium which they have is very cool. The beach near this resort will be suitable for people who are looking for calm and peaceful beach

The location is good but access is narrow and the ac was not working. They gave another room but still not the one we had booked. We did not have any food. So can’t comment.

It is a very beautiful place with amazing backwaters, must try boat rides, rooms need maintenance and food is very bad.

Surrounding of the property is good, but too many big ants in the room, no mat on the floor so ants were coming from ground. Overall average experience of the stay. Staff is good.
