就在海灘對面，白天 check in 的時候車位真難找啊，酒店有自己獨立的停車位，不過 10 歐一晚，不建議，因為晚上車位很多，可以下午 check in 後去 palma 市中心玩+吃飯，晚上回來門口停車位很多找一個靠近酒店的，酒店服務早餐各方面都不錯

The place was absolutely fabulous and clean. Entertainment for kids and adults were great, just a walking distance to the beach and town. I would stay there again. The food was also very very good.

Big nice and clean rooms with excellent view over the ocean, city and mountains. Live music every night. Free parking. Large selection of food. Dinner and afternoon food very good. Breakfast with a large selection too, but could be better. If breakfast was better I would rate 10.

We had a fantastic time at Tonga Towers! Room was clean and spacious with welcome chocolate, robe and slippers. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful throughout our while stay. It has nice facilities, as it was still a little cold we used the indoor spa pool, sauna and steam room which were lovely though not very big. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice, though can get a little busy with coach parties but the staff worked so hard to make sure that food is constantly topped up. Amazing rooftop bar/terrace with view over the bays. Overall we had a excellent stay! Thak you Tonga Towers!

Hotel ist mit ein paar Einschränkungen zu Empfehlen, Poolanlage sehr schön, Lage ist für Ausflüge top, Aussicht von den Balkonen unbeschreiblich, aber es ist in die Jahre gekommen, Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn sehr chlorhaltig, die Reinigung der Zimmer war nicht gut, Frühstück war gut, aber die Tische, Stühle, Tassen und Besteck allesamt dreckig, wenn man morgens zu spät kommt, gibt es keinen Kaffee mehr. Hotel von außen einfach ein großer Klotz.

Just a simple no from me not at all good value for money, too many things let the hotel down. Especially housekeeping who are very poor and fail miserably in making rooms up, changing towels or bed linen. Food OK, bar team are great, reception are very helpful, but sadly little things like no tea/coffee facilities in your room are a basic must have for a 4☆+, im a grumpy bigger without my morning brew I would not come back and can not recommend as I'd be letting anyone down by positively endorsing the hotel. I do not think £6k for a family of 6 for a week at the end of August was worth it! Sorry.

Just got back from a week stay with my partner and we have no complaints. Hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. All staff were pleasant and friendly and all worked very hard. Facilities were great for both families and couples. We stayed All Inclusive, there was a good selection of drinks and food was tasty and fresh. The Pool Bar food was great for a quick bite to eating during the day. Night time entertainment was fun and waiters would come out to take drink orders. Location of the hotel was convenient and a short walk to beach and shops etc. There is a few different pools to choose from, all of which were clean and well maintained again. After reading some reviews we were concerned about lack of sun beds however we never once had an issue finding one, there was plenty. No need to panic! We would definitely return to this hotel as a couple and a family with our 2 young children!

We arrived at this hotel following our original hotel cancelling 3 weeks before. We were given our room access and it was a double room for 2 adults and a teenager, but we were disappointed that the room was very small to what we have been used to in the past, we spoke to the reception staff and were given the option of paying €350 extra for a suite. We paid the extra money but it was not much bigger and no bigger rooms were available but it was OK, and the view was amazing from our balcony. The hotel is very clean and the food was amazing!! There was a different theme every night and a lot of choices. The entertainment was OK but we ventured out most nights anyway, the main show starts at 9:30pm which I think is quite late for families with small children. The bar staff are very friendly and there was table service in the evenings so you don't have to queue. There is a queue for sunbeds at 7:30am but there are always beds available throughout the day around the pool if you don't want the front row. Overall it was a lovely hotel and we would return again.

Lovely hotel, staff polite especially Jordi at the bar friendly and fun with kids, the young lad who did the aqua dance was also brilliant Hotel one of the cleanest Iv stayed at, with rules with food staying in bar area which eliminated wasps and kept pool side clean Pools were nice temperature and different options depending on mood We came end of August I know there had been issues re sun loungers previously however we found there was queues from 7 ish but when I came down at 8 when doors opened there was plenty still left. Food was great loads of options forbreakfast lunch and dinner and different theme nights Rooms had good air con and great size. Things that could be improved on the entertainment could be better for the standard of hotel, we were on level 2 so didn’t have issues with lifts but could imagine if on top floor there would be a wait as although 3 lifts all small. Food could be hotter and you get a free tasting on the roof top bar however it’s adults only so not ideal for a family hotel However would be one that I come again 🥰

Excellent family venue, with great spaces for kids, there is soccer, tennis, paddle, and dance performances, pool activities, kids areas and more. Great rooms and views

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant offered excellent choices and varied menus.

Due to our original hotel booking getting cancelled two weeks before our flight, I wasn’t optimistic that we would find anything acceptable at such short notice. How wrong I was. From the moment we arrived it was quick to see what a great place this is. It’s clean and modern looking, the food is plentiful, with a wide selection and tasty. The are plenty of staff who are always cheerful and polite. Also entertainment is provided in the day with various activities should you wish to join, and most nights a show is put on. Plenty of spots around the hotel and pools to just relax in the sun, so would advise to pitch up early if that is your preference. Would highly recommend visiting this hotel for a holiday
