We stayed at this hotel from 11th-14th Oct for our 40th wedding anniversary and would definitely return the room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable and lots of hot water and towels. Food was tasty and enough choice for us .All staff were amazing and very professional and polite even delivered a bottle of fizz to our room to celebrate our anniversary would definitely return .

On arrival and checking in the reception staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was superior with a sea view. It was very clean, good shower and dressing gown and slippers provided was a nice touch . The bar staff were friendly. The restaurant again were all very friendly. The hotel as a whole was kept very clean. This was one of the smallest hotels we have stayed in. This is reflected in the food on offer. We found to an extent limited choices. Sometimes it was also found not to be hot enough! Also at breakfast it says omelettes can be cooked for you. The problem is if you stand and wait for the chef you could be there all morning! You have to ask a waiter to fetch him for you. I suggest they put a bell on the counter to ring and inform him someone is waiting. We also found the mealtimes to be later than we are used to. We suggest bringing the mealtimes forward by 30 minutes. We only saw the entertainment a couple of nights don't do bingo or karaoke! The acts that were on were ok . Pool area was ok with plenty of sunbeds or other seating available. Location wise it is well placed, an easy stroll down to the seafront, local bars and restaurants. We would not stay again as it was too small for our liking. It's 3 star rating is justified.

From arrival to departure. Everything was 100%. Staff were very attentive. They work so hard. Food was plentiful, tasty and varied. A very nice clean hotel. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to unwind, relax and enjoy a stressfree stay. We will be back.

We arrived on the 8th Oct for 6 nights all inclusive with Jet 2. We were in room 208 overlooking the pool. Lunch is from 12.30 -3pm with a good selection of food and beverages.We had trouble connecting to the hotel Wi-Fi but Roccio on reception was brilliant at connecting our apple devices. The Dinner starts at 7.30pm and there is a show cooking station with 2 fish and 2 meat choices as well as other buffet meats, veg and salad choices. I have to point out that we come on holiday to walk, swim and sometimes cycle so we are not interested in bingo , karaoke and poolside entertainment.The hotel and rooms may be a bit dated but the staff are amazing working really hard to make your stay enjoyable.A special mention to Amy on reception, not only did she change our room to a quieter one ( not facing the pool) but she came up and sorted out our air con.( thanks) We have stayed at 10 different hotels in Can Picafort over 15 years and this hotel is very good, amazing value and would definitely return.

From arriving at the hotel to leaving we received a good service from all staff. The room was good size and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The pool area is not very big but never had a problem to get sunbeds. The indoor spa was relaxing . Cant fault the food or the drink. Hotel is in perfect location ,close to the beach and shops. Will definitely visit this hotel again.

Séjour très agréable, le personnel est charmant. La cuisine y est simple mais de bonne qualité. Hôtel bien placé, entre la mer et la ville.endroit propre, bien tenu ,équipé de 2 piscines et espace détente spa sauna. Animations familiales pour créer une ambiance détendue sans déranger les personnes venues se reposer

On arrival we could see the hotel was very clean and tidy in reception and was given all the info about meal times etc.Rooms are basic and the hotel is dated but dont let that put you off.The pool area is clean and tidy at all times thanks to the exellent staff.The lads working the bar and cleaning tables work very hard and are the most polite and eficcient ive ever met Jorge and Balthazarwell done boys.Entertainment is average at best with a disco and very slow bingo and the odd dancing/music show.Daytime is a steady affair with games darts and sangria making but the lady running it is lovely and tries to get all involved.For the rest or the day theres music basicly repeating the same stuff throughout the week.You can only hear Eye Of The Tiger so many times and we love the 80s!.Maybe in the future they could find a good radio station thats got a good mix for everyone and alternate the days???.Food is average but we really only had breakfast and one evening meal,the main issue is its never warm enough if this was sorted it would be fine because what we had was tasty and plenty.Snacks are out in the bar from 11 oclock till 5 and its quite nice chips spaghetti nuggets croquettes etc with salad and sauces also bread baggettes and a small toaster.You wont go hungry unless your the fussiest person ever.We just chose to go out to eat after the beers and gins.The beach isnt far and the front is lovely with loads of places to eat and drink.If a sunbeds your thing at the beach get down before 10 am or youll struggle to grt one.Around the pool its much esier to get one or a chair if you prefer like mee.If your less mobile there are 2 bars at the end of the street to the beach London pub and Williams pub both very good food and drink Williams was our favorite another nice bar is Trotters just 10 mins back up the main road opposote a livley street leading back to the beachfront where we found the best indian ever!!!.All in all we liked it here met some lovely people af all nationalities and would certainly visit again.

Just returned from this loverly little hotel,was welcomed at about 1am Monday morning by a very helpful gentleman, was offered food and drink but had been a long day. Room was a nice size for the 2 of us, we had a seaview on the side and a pool view ( not our pool but who cares lol)plenty of wardrobe space and drawers, nice size bathroom but had shower over a small bath with a shower curtain, just had to stay clear of it or it got you. Clean towels when asked, room was cleaned every day, they all work really hard to keep hotel clean and tidy. Had something different every meal, they cater for Europeans as well as brits so different dishes but there was always something to eat, had a blue cheese 1 night and it was loverly. Pool area was small and compact but loverly area, plenty of sunbeds, pool table and small stage, music most of the day. All in all we had a great relaxed holiday, hotel not to far from bars and beach, we will definitely visit this hotel again

what can i say this hotel is lovely and comfortable , the hotel itself is very clean with easy access to shops beach bars and restaurants around a 10 minute walk. the staff work very hard and i must say are very polite .plenty of sunbeds at any time of day and lots of seating areas and music playing round the pool which was great check in was quick and easy and rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and plenty of wardrobe space and bonus of a good size fridge .balcony area is a good size with drying hanger. couldnt fault the food there is something for everyone and the fruit curry was delicious . aimee who works on reception speaks very good english and was very helpful if we had queries as was the tall dark gentleman, aimee lent me a umbrella when it rained and the gentleman gave me a map of the area so i could obtain some more euros .rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels and the room always smelt lovely .there are no kettles in room but i always take my own and the hotel does hire them out . jacuzzi and indoor pool were divine like walking in to a warm bath .bar staff are very friendly. big thank you to everyone making our stay enjoyable so much so we are booking again for next year .well done everyone and thank you . julie and marie ( room 202)
