En tout premier lieu, nous sommes arrivés entre le 7 et le 18 août. L'hôtel est en effet bien situé. A 100 mètres de la plage et des rues commerçantes, c'est plutôt agréable. L'accueil réservé a été satisfaisant, avec comme interlocuteur, un jeune homme qui a fait l'effort de nous parler dans un français approximatif et avec le sourire. Les chambres sont correctes, bien insonorisées, le nettoyage des chambres est quotidien, pas meticuleux toutefois. Chaque appartement dispose d'une terrasse avec vue mer ou non. L'implantation des ascenseurs est à mon sens mal pensée. En fonction d'où vous êtes, le temps d'attente vous condamnent à privilégier les escaliers. Sur les extérieurs, la piscine est de taille modeste mais suffisante. Il vous faudra donner au maître nageur vos jetons, pour obtenir des serviettes à déposer sur vos transats. Sur le plan de la restauration, vous avez des possibilités de bénéficier d'encas et boissons au bord de la piscine. Quant au restaurant pour les repas du petit déjeuner et dîner, les plats sont variés et plutôt bonnes qualités. Les cuisiniers sont aimables et prêts à combler vos envies du moment. Neanmoins, une petite remarque sur l'attitude méprisante, d'une certaine Alice, qui derrière ses lunettes à montures noires, a fait montre d'agissements que je qualifierai de non professionnels. Aucun sourire durant 10 jours, manifestement cette jeune fille n'a pas vocation à remplir cette fonction, ce qui n'était aucunement le cas pour l'ensemble de ces collègues masculins, très serviables et souriants. Le chef de salle par ailleurs, n'a pas été facilitant dans nos dépenses en boissons, puisqu'il exigeait de les régler le soir même et non à la fin du séjour... Bien que ces points nous semblent non rédhibitoires, nous gardons un bon souvenir.

Great hotel, went in August which usually I thought would be jam packed and busy, however this hotel was nice and calm. Pool area always clean and sunbeds always available no matter the time of arrival. Right next to the beach where I must say can picafort way more relaxed in comparison to alcudia. Staff very friendly, bar staff extremely efficient also and pleasant. Food truck also fairly priced with decent food with big portions that can be split between 2. The only negative in my entire 10 day stay however, was a spiteful pancake chef. Idk if he had a vendetta against me or in general he’s just rude and miserable. 3 occasions I wanted to get pancakes in the middle of breakfast service, this being no later then 9:30 the latest even and usually was even earlier. When breakfast is finished at 10:30. I asked for pancakes and this man everytime told me no more pancakes. Just make more pancake batter man :( other that that perfect stay will definitely come back hopefully pancake man is gone.

Overall a decent stay. The rooms were recently renovated and fairly clean, though we found quite a few black hairs around. Walls are thin, but luckily our neighbors were quiet. Nice pool area, but the sunbeds and tables could use a daily clean. Excellent breakfast and great location. It was disappointing that in-room coffee was only provided the first day, especially since breakfast starts at 8 AM. Handy with the room key as a wristband. Soap and shampoo didn’t smell great, but that’s personal preference.

The hotel is in a perfect location for everything you need, bars , restaurants, beach and shops are literally 5 minutes away. Every member of staff were so friendly and the hotel is clean, modern and well maintained The pool area is lovely, no problem with sun beds, pool towel given every day and the bar and snack bar are reasonably priced and has shaded areas for a break from the sun. Bedrooms are modern, clean and have everything you need including a kettle and small fridge. Beds and pillows are super comfy with blackout curtains for a great nights sleep. A little balcony with table and chairs is perfect to sit out and relax. I was on a B&B basis and the selection was excellent, lots of choice of hot and cold items and coffees made to order . I would definitely recommend this hotel for couples and solo travellers , it's safe and welcoming and I will be returning soon.
