El servicio es muy bueno, son muy amables, pero las instalaciones están un poco anticuadas para un hotel de 4 estrellas

Great setting for a quite break. Lots of space to relax in and outdoors. Very clean and staff are very helpful. The selection of food on offer is extensive, plenty of variety, plus there is fresh daily fish and meats cooked on display. Desserts are typical of all inclusive fayre, bit lacking in variety but always plenty of it including fresh fruits and ice-cream. The daily Roast joints were disappointing, as they were all over cooked and no sauce or gravy offered (very dry eating). On arrival we were told that all our Food and Drinks were included in our package by the lady on reception. Half way through our week we were told that many Drinks had a supplement charge on the menu which was a bit of a surprise. We asked at reception about this and was told that the wine waiter should have told us. A simple explanation on arrival would have avoided this embarrassment (hope the Manager takes note of this). Overall I would recommend a holiday here if you enjoy a relaxing break, we will return.

I stayed at this hotel while in Majorca on business for a few days and prior to arrival was encouraged by the reviews. Unfortunately I was more than a little disappointed with the hotel in most aspects. On arrival I was quite happy with the appearance of the reception and bar area. Unfortunately, the same could not be said for my room. It was very very dated and was like being in an 80's TV show. The bathroom was very very tired and old fashioned. The balcony area was ok though. Next morning I went for breakfast. Normally with all-inclusive you are greeted by someone in the dining area but not here. I had to find and ask a staff member if I should sit anywhere specific and without any eye contact she just replied 'anywhere'. The food was mediocre at best. I have had far better food on all inclusive holidays and far more friendly service in the dining area. Drink quality was poor although that is pretty standard with all inclusive but the service at the bar in the evening was just ridiculous. If you like being ignored while the staff have conversations between themselves in front of you whilst ignoring your empty glass then this hotel is perfect for you. No smiles, no pleasantries, no please or thank you! Overall, as my title suggests, I am ASTONISHED this hotel rates so highly on Tripadvisor, I have no idea why?!? I have always trusted Tripadvisor reviews but this has definitely left me doubting them! Would I stay here again? Definitely not I'm afraid.

En general el hotel está bien, rodeado de pinos,las piscinas bien también,y la habitación antigua pero todo correcto. Lo que menos nos ha gustado ha sido la comida,muy poca variedad,nos cansabamos de repetir lo mismo y baja calidad de productos,los postres todos industriales y ni un solo yogur ni en comida ni cena. Ni tarrinas de helado,eran helados de los q son grandes industriales también de baja calidad. No repetiremos por la comida sobre todo. La chica de recepción un encanto. Un saludo

We arrived after a long journey for a five night break , we did not find the receptionist very friendly at all especially being front of houses no warm welcome she was very stressed looking and wasn’t interested at all I wasn’t impressed , got our room key and given our room , ground floor and right bedside the lifts. Looking for a quiet holiday we knew that our room was definitely not going to be soundproof with the amount of people using the hotel lift so we asked for a move . The room given was dated and definitely not like it was pictured in the photos ! Opened the door. , view was awful looking onto tennis court and a green roof of what I presumed was the kitchen as the cooking smells wafted through the doors right away . They changed our room no problem to a garden area nice water fountains , the room was musty and dated but it was clean so we didn’t make a fuss . Lots of flies in the room at times. Maybe due to the water in the fountains . The hotel could really to with a refurbishment , corridors are definitely needing it . bar Area and lounge are beautiful so the bedrooms really let it down Pool area nice but sunbeds are filthy and scattered all over….. there is plenty of them which was a positive however Pool towels can be changed every 5 days ! that shocked us, we have been in hotels and been changed daily or second days . By the 5 th day it would be really needing washed lucky fur us we were only 5 days . Entertainment was good . Bar staff are lovely and very attentive , working at pool during and at night .nothing was too much bother Maids are lovely. Dining area , bit like a cattle market. lots of flies so be aware of what you put on plate. ! the waiting staff are running about daft at night clearing tables. We sat down at table and she tried to put a white linen cloth over the peach tablecloth that had food and wine stains on it when I asked for new cloths she went crazy ! I said to her I wasnt asking for much. It was like we were just a number there was no personal touch at all .Wasnt relaxing Breakfast staff were so lovely compared to our experience with the other waitress Food was nice and lots of choice , especially at breakfast . Hotel has a great location , the ting ting train right outside is brilliant , we didn’t know but it’s hop on and off . Nice walk beach . Great bars and restaurants Nice beaches The only thing for us that let this hotel down was the dated rooms , hygiene at pool area beds and some of the stressed staff …. We would average this hotel three stars not four , the price of this holiday was more expensive than we paid in the summer for a week . We stayed in a three star in Majorca in July and it was three star , makes a difference if your greeted with a smile !

Enjoyed our 6th visit as a family of 5 in August. As always, the reception, restaurant and bar staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. The cleaners work hard and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The large pool area is a huge positive of the hotel and there is always a sunbed available. We enjoyed the themed nights in the restaurant and the the way in which the food was presented was an improvement on previous years. A special mention to Luke and Chris from the Animation team for their endless enthusiasm - brilliantly managed by Maud. Also, Martina in the bar was lovely and always served us with a smile. We don't think about holidaying anywhere else when Exagon Park has everything we need. All being well, we shall return in 2025.

This is my 11th year of visiting this beautiful place. All the reception staff know me and my family very well. The food in the hotel is amazing, so much variety and healthy options - salads soups. Every evening meal was a different themed night so added more variety which I loved. The bar staff and restaurant staff as always really nice and helpful, always attending to your needs. The cleaners were very nice, greeting every guest every day which I love. They would do an amazing job getting the rooms clean every day. It is in an amazing location, only 5 minute walk to the promenade which I would do every day as my daily exercise. A daily train, the ting ting, stops right outside the hotel which is very convenient for people to go to the shops in Can Picafort. However, this is where the negatives come in. Firstly the rooms, they are very out dated and need to be updated, the water pressure coming out the tap, not the shower, was very low. Barely a dribble of water, I could have complained but I had the water from the shower or the foot shower so wasn't really a big issue. The TV in the rooms had barely any English channels that I could watch, there was only BBC1 and 2 movie channels but spend nearly 10 to 15 minutes on the break. It needs more English channels. The bed needs an extra pillow as it only had 1 pillow and sometimes would feel uncomfortable sleeping. The hygiene in the restaurant is lacking. Nearly every day, I would be sitting having my breakfast lunch or dinner, and I would look over at the food and see flies crawling all over it. Someone could get seriously ill. Also, one day, I was having my dinner, eating into some pasta, and bit into a stone, I was about to swallow it, thankfully I noticed it and removed it. I took a photo of the stone which I have attached here.

Delighted to have returned to Exagon Park for the third time with our family. From the moment we arrived the service and welcome were excellent. Rooms very comfortable, bars and communal areas are very clean and tidy with lots of space to relax and unwind. No fighting for sunbeds, able to get up when you want in the morning, take your time and wander to the pool. Some days we decided to take a short walk to the beach and then go back to the pool for the afternoon. Still beds available. Grounds are very spacious, with lots of grass and trees dotted around. Pool bar is well serviced and the team there do a great job, very freindly and attentive. Animacion team are really well organised with a good selection of activities throughout the day. Great fun, no pressure to join but lots of encouragement to participate and enjoy the fun. Have to say a big thank you to Maud and her team, Chris, Luke and Preta. Best animacion team we have seen. Outside facilities re football, volleyball, tennis etc are very good. Food and the staff in the restaurant are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble. Eating outside on the large terrace is a great experience, lots of tables and shade if required. Reception and management team really go the extra mile. Always a smile and always happy to help. The raod train Ting Ting, has stop directly outside the hotel and takes you in to Can Picafort No surprise to see many families returning time and time again. Not biased but one of the best locations we have been to over many many years.
