Taksikuljettajat eivät tunne hotellia, joten tule valmistautumaan osoitteen (ja löytää taksi hotellin ulkopuolella on vaikeaa). Huoneita ovat perusluonteisia mutta puhtaita. Suihku on kuuma ja paine on hyvä. Wifi on SUPER FAST. On keittiö, joka on perusteet keittiö. Jään huoneessa 1, ja suosittelen, ettet jää tähän huoneeseen. Ikkunani näytti sivukävelylle/julkiselle kadulle, ja ihmiset katsoisivat aina ikkunaan, kun he kävelivät/Kuulin ulkona autoja, kun he yrittivät nukkua/kävijät lyön ikkunastani ja pyysivät minua avaamaan oven hotellille. Aamiainen on ilmainen mutta erittäin perustavaa laatua oleva: vain valkoinen leipä ja musta kahvia. Ei ole huono paikka jäädä, ja henkilöstö oli ystävällinen, kun unohdin jotain ja pyysin heitä lähettämään sen seuraavalle hotellilleni toisessa kaupungissa."

"This converted mansion is a slice of Campeche history. Very close to the cathedral & principal square, in the heart of old Campeche. You are told it is self catering. Very clear instructions are provided for your check in. There is usually an attendant available during the day, and any questions posed on WhatsApp are answered almost immediately. You have access to an outdoor kitchen, well appointed. There is a comfortable outdoor seating area. Bikes are available for your use. Washer & drier are also available for you. We were in room # V (5). It is authentic, rustic & beautifully decorated with artisan pottery & antiques. We enjoyed using Casa Lanz as a base to explore Campeche’s history & enjoy some wonderful restaurants."

The entire staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and friendly throughout my stay. The hotel also offers great value for the price, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Campeche!"

"Aside from being a great location and helpful staff, the room is absolutely overpriced for what it is. It was a small barren room, no side lamp, no place to set your luggage or clothes aside from the floor, no bench, hangers, nothing, just a bed, a small table and a tv. Felt like a hospital room. No windows, the bathroom smells of chemicals and there was a huge cockroach which the staff kindly got rid of for me. WiFi is poor. They have a nice terrace, but there is no shade so it is almost impossible to stay there if not when the sun is down. I was thankfully there only for one night, could not have stayed longer. They have a detachment which is Hotel Edzna, around the corner, is cheaper and rooms are big in a charming old building. Make sure you book that instead."
