Nouveau Resort arvostelua

Nouveau is one of the best hotels I’ve been in the Philippines in terms of value. This is truly a 5 stars hotel. The rooms are big, functional and nice equipped and decorated. The facilities are good and the whole property is very well maintained and elegant. The swimming pool is nicely designed for swimming and for relaxing. Game room with billiard, ping pong… decent gym. And the food has also quite high standards. And last but not least, the staff. Very professional, efficient and friendly. The GM, Mr. Jerome De La Fuente, is very much hands on, ready to help and assist. Definitely this is a hotel to be recommended and promoted. Our staying at Nouveau made our Camiguin unforgettable.

The best for family vacation

El personal mas maleducado que me he encontrado en mi viaje por filipinas. Especialmente Charlene de Recepcion muy maleducada, intentamos explicarle varios problemas de la habitación: olor del inodoro, ruido.. y se giró mientras le hablábamos para ignorarnos. El hotel estaba vacío y aún así nos dieron una de las peores habitaciones súper ruidosa y al lado del ascensor. Como era temporada baja ni se preocupaban por reponer el desayuno aunque quedase más de una hora para la finalización. Una gestión horrible y un personal nefasto y poco profesional

Остров Камигин и отель великолепные. Лучшее, что есть на этом острове, как нам кажется. Сервис и обслуживание на высоте, номера шикарные, чистые, свежие, большие. Завтраки шведский стол, много из чего можно выбрать, но не огромное изобилие, все в меру. Ресторан Wave на улице отличный, на удивление готовят очень вкусно, все что брали нам нравилось. Большой бассейн, красивая территория. Советую всем данный отель, не пожалеете

신상 리조트답게 전반적으로 모든 시설들 깔끔하고 멋졌습니다. 그런데 예약 확인 문제로 큰 불편을 겪게 되었는데 직원 대응이 참 아쉬웠습니다. 여기 5성급 맞죠? 근데 5성급의 대응이라기엔.. 한국 동네 모텔도 이러진 않을 것 같아요. 제가 일반룸 2박과 스위트룸 3박을 예약했는데, 스위트룸 예약이 2박만 되어 있다는 겁니다; 그럴리 없다고 예약 사이트 내용을 몇 번이나 보여줬는데도 바로 잡는데 1박2일이 걸렸습니다. 물론 어글리하게 나가고 싶지 않아서 최대한 상식적으로 저의 예약 내용을 몇 번이나(3~4번은 찾아가 얘기한 것 같습니다) 다시 전달했는데도.. 하하 아무런 조치를 받지 못하고 방을 옮기고 나서도 제 예약 날짜를 확인받지 못하다가 불안한 마음으로 지내야 했습니다. 또한 아무런 사과도 받지 못했습니다.. 하핳 이 부분이 제일 어이없어요. 지금에야 좀 그냥 추억으로 삼자 이정도로 생각하고는 있는데 그 때는 온갖 쌍욕이 다 나왔어요 ^^ 물론 맘 속으로.. 그 때 느꼈던 불안함과 억울함을 생각하면 저 뿐만 아니라 모든 분들 다 절대 가지 마시라 신신당부드리고 싶습니다. 딴데 가세요 나디바인가 신상 리조트 또 생기더라구요 아니면 파라스 가세요 시설은 낡았어도 훨 맘은 편할듯요.

It was really indeed worth your penny. The room was spacious, complimentary breakfast was a buffet. Breathtaking view. The pool was so big. Cant wait to be back again.

One of my best travel in a beautiful and serene place

Beautiful resort. The Staff are very kind and courteous. They even arranged are transport going to the port when we checked out. The amenities are great. Pool is beautiful. Breakfast is also good.

Great hotel to stay for couples, families, friends, etc. The food were also unbeatable. Very near to famous spots in Camiguin. Over-all, we will come back again sooooon😊😊😊

My parents enjoyed the serenity in Nouveau. All staffs are friendly. The room is spacious and design is well-thought off. My niece loved the birthday surprise prepared by Nouveau. We'll surely be back.

One of the most relaxing resort I've been to. Top Notch! Everything is luxurious! The sound of the Birds around is delightful and paradise! Overlooking at the sea and mountain. Fantastic views. The room is very clean. I had nice sleep. They already cleaned and fixed the room while we are on breakfast. Accommodating staffs. The foods at Mi Asian Cuisine is superbly delicious. One of the best boneless Bangus ever tasted. The transfers fees are kinda overpriced. Just go there by tricycle. Far from Camiguin tourists spots. Suggest to just stay here and enjoy the amenities and instaworthy views of the resort. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Nouveau Camiguin Island

Amazing resort. I loved the pool. Might be better if there was a beach. But I still loved it there.
