"We stayed here for 3 nights in an August heat wave. Pluses: 1. Excellent location, off the main street from the pier and shopping/restaurants. 2. Kind & helpful staff 3. Very old-school Catalan style Minuses: 1. Wifi did not work properly. The router would just drop our connection- we gave up, and used the restaurant's wifi, but that too was a very weak signal. Data coverage didn't work well either. 2. No outlets anywhere near the bed. There was just 1 outlet for the entire room, for an extension cord leading to the TV and fan. 2. No fridge, kettle, or self-controlled A/C in room. 3. The hotel provided a fan for 30C temps, but the A/C was controlled by the hotel. During a very hot night, it simply turned off, and it was stifling. 4. No outdoor space for the rooms; there is a rooftop, but they don't seem to use it. There are barrel tables in front of the hotel, but they're in the direct sun, and don't feel like a hotel guest amenity. 5. Room cleaning is only available every 3 nights. This is normally fine, but in a beach town, sand goes EVERYWHERE. After 1 night, everything in our room was coated in sand. It would be helpful if the hotel offered guests a broom!!!! 6. There isn't an outdoor space or place to hang wet bathing suits, towels, coverups, etc. We had to hang things on the chairs, TV stand, doorways."

"Absolutely perfect. The reception staff were friendly, check in quick, I was in block 5, room 005, ground floor, sea view. The appartment was spotless, plenty of towels, bath, which I used a lot, spotless, kitchen was well equipped. Smart tv, outside chairs and table on the patio. I didn't go to the main side with the pool, my appartemnt was across the road on the beach side, but where I was I didn't need to, jacuzzi great. Supermarket across the road, plenty of bars and food places near by, can't comment as I didn't use them. The location is amazing, brilliant walks along the prom both ways. I will definitely be back. Cannot praise this hotel enough. Fantastic. "

"Huoneisto sijaitsee päätiellä Cambrils ja Salou. Oli muutamia baareja, ravintoloita ja kauppoja välittömästi lähellä. On bussipistooli vastapäätä, mutta kaikki on kävelymatkan sisällä. Huoneisto oli puhdas tarpeeksi keittiölaitteita kuten keittiö, leivänpaahdin, mikroaaltouuni ja kotelointi. Toilettirulli toimitettiin, mutta se oli halpa ostaa shop vieressä ovea. käsi saippua, pestään nestettä ja pestään sieni toimitettiin myös. Pyyhkeet muuttuivat 5 yöllä oleskelumme aikana. Uima-alalla on pieni vain kolme aurinkohuonetta, mutta meillä ei ollut ongelmia lyhyessä ajassa viettämämme siellä, koska ranta on yli tien. Henkilökunta oli erittäin hyödyllinen, ystävällinen ja he antoivat meille aikaisin sisäänkäynti ja myöhemmin uloskäynti lentoaikamme. Kokonaisuudessaan löysimme huoneiston hyvää arvoa rahaa ja suosittelemme sitä."

"For the t**** year in line, we have rented this accommodation with great pleasure via interhome. This apartment is located in an ideal location between Salou and Cambrils, 200 metres from the beach. Two supermarkets are not 100 metres away."

"We have just got back from a lovely week at the Voramar Aparthotel, Cambrils. The Voramar is situated in a quiet area, on a busy main road, right by the beach. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean with plenty of sunbeds. The green astroturf around the pool is a little worn & could do with being replaced. The rooms are in four blocks (A, B, C & D) stairs & lifts to all blocks. The rooms are of a nice size comprising of a hallway leading to a bathroom, bedroom & a separate kitchen / diner. The kitchen has basic cooking utensils, microwave & a x 2 ring hob. This area is great for making snacks. The balconies are large with x 2 patio doors leading out. One from the kitchen / diner & one from the bedroom. The restaurant does become busy at certain times but staff are organised & efficient. The food was always fresh & presented nicely consisting of the usual salads, meats, fish & hot choices at lunch & evening times. Meats, cheeses, breads, yoghurts & hot choices at breakfast. (Remember this is a 3 star hotel so if you want more choices & more variety book a 4 or 5 star hotel.) The prices at the snack bar are very reasonable for a hotel. The entertainment in the hotel is very spanish themed. There are a couple of hotels a short walk away that have entertainment of an evening or Cambrils is a short bus ride away. If you're feeling energetic it's a nice 30/40 minute walk along the prom. Salou is also a bus ride away. You can also hire bikes ftom the hotel which are reasonably priced. This is a great place to stay for the price."
