"After a long journey and a disappointing stay in a hotel in Vienne, France, this was a most welcome experience. All staff from front desk to housekeeping were polite and welcoming and very helpful. The hotel was very clean, our room was lovely with the biggest bed on the planet. Even toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided. The food in the restaurant was perfect with a good choice of dishes. Again the staff were fabulous. We are planning to stay here again on our return trip and really looking forward to another stay here."

"Erittäin mukava hotelli keskeisessä paikassa. Puhdistus oli erinomainen. Ilmastointi huoneessa upea. Huone itse oli mukava. Ainoa asia, joka todella puuttui oli kahvia/teetä valmistavat tilat. Huoneemme oli katselu takapuolella, mutta koska meillä oli korkea lattia näkymä oli OK & meitä ei ollut liian katselu. Parvekkeet ovat melko pieni mutta tarpeeksi tilaa 2 tuolia ja pieni pöytä. Olla niin keskeinen olla huolissaan festivaaleista/tapahtumista resortissa. Viime yönä oli koko yön tapahtuma rannalla, joten emme nukkuneet hyvin, kun tapahtuma oli vasta kello 6:00, ei ihanteellinen olla varhainen lentokoti. Ei hotellit syy tietenkään & epäilee ei ole yleinen tapahtuma, ehkä arvoinen tarkistaa tapahtumia ennen varausta. Uima-alalla ei ollut valtava mutta miellyttävä tarpeeksi, runsaasti varjoa puut & paljon auringon sängyjä. Uima-altaan oli puhdas, hyvin ylläpidetty & mukava lämpötila. Uima-allaspyyhkeet olivat hyvä laatu, 10 € palautettava (käteinen) talletus ja voit vaihtaa joka 3 päivä. Vaikka kokemukseni, 4 tähden hotellin uima-allaspyyhkeet ovat yleensä tarjottu maksuton. Aamiainen oli tarpeeksi mukavaa, hedelmiä, leipää, lihaa, munia jne. & pastorit olivat erittäin hyviä. Henkilöstö oli kaikki hyvin mukava. Kuten mainittiin, et voi tarkistaa kunnes kello 3:00, joten menimme kävelylle & lounaalle saapuessaan myöhään aamulla. Luulimme, että resort itse oli kaunis, runsaasti ravintoloita, baareja, kauppoja ja kaunis ranta."

"Stayed here two nights and picked Mas Gallau only because it looked slightly better than the typical tourist hotels in Salou. Reality: it has virtually no facilities — no gym, no sauna, nothing. The suite is basic to the point of feeling cheap: stone floor, plastic furniture, and a bathtub with cigarette stains. No walk-in shower — you literally have to climb into the tub.Breakfast is a disaster. No eggs, nothing fresh, just some bread, cereal (cold milk only if you ask), and a couple of basic cold cuts. The Nespresso machine only had decaf capsules left. - however, the lady from the reception was kind enough to bring some Cappuccino.  Yes, it’s €8.50, but for a $200/night hotel that is a pretty low offering.  It also sits right next to the AP7 highway, with one exit door basically opening onto it. Conclusion: overpriced, zero facilities, lousy breakfast — not worth the money."

"The hotel is super clean. Very simple and basic but we have been good. There is no elevator. Breakfast is brought to your table and is a bit simple but can be repeated. There is a variety of sweet and salty. The worst thing was the almost non-existent pillow. Very friendly staff."
