The staff of restaurant is so rude！ She did not well explain the rule of the drinking.

Utilizamos el resort para celebrar una boda en la familia y quedándonos antes y después a dormir en el hotel. La organización fue perfecta, no, lo siguiente. Todo super cuidado hasta el último detalle que no debe ser sencillo para atender a casi 100 personas. Felicidades. Al estar antes y después puedes disfrutar de las bien cuidadas instalaciones que te permiten no tener la necesidad de salir del recinto. La atención recibida desde el check-in hasta el check-out, de maravilla, incluida la atención recibida durante un percance sufrido a altas horas de la madrugada, facilitándonos toda la gestión de la necesaria atención médica. Lugar muy recomendable para pasar unos días de relax

The main hotel is nice and we found the staff helpful. Buffet is ok- very big and busy. the pools are nice but of course cold in October. We were staying in one of the 2 bedroom apartments which is a short walk up a hill. Unfortunately these are not well kept and not up to the standard of the main hotel. Very basic and with several items broken. The glass shower door came off the railings and shattered, including into some large shards. Phone was broken. Cupboard door was missing in the room they eventually moved us to after over 24hours. We obviously wont be staying here again. Jet2 rated this as 4*. I would say the main hotel is around that mark, but the apartments fell short of this.

We stayed at the hotel as a family of 6 (4 adults, 1 child and 1 infant) in October. We saw some of the mixed comments prior to booking but decided to try it for ourselves. We were absolutely impressed with all areas of the hotel and would absolutely recommend it to others. Highlights: Really wide choice of food Absolutely spotless Great service in all areas - staff attentive and quick to serve drinks, clear tables, clean We didn't drink very much even though we were all inclusive but found the drinks well made. Family rooms were very large and spacious. Ideal. Great peaceful location right on the coast Indoor heated spa pool available to children for a set time only. Points of note: The plates in the restaurant aren't heated, this means that hot food starts to feel colder quicker. The shop in the hotel doesn't sell anything really. But there is a large shop directly opposite the front of it. The weather was more warm than hot, and as a result, the pool was very cold so we couldn't use it much. Whilst the walk is very nice to Cambrils, it is around 30 minutes. We didn't find this a problem as the walk was very nice.

First of I'll start by saying the hotel itself is a beautiful looking resort and it's kept very clean and tidy. The hotel rooms itself are a decent sized and equipped with the things you'd expect and also have a good modern interior design. The food was some of the best IV had at a buffet style resort. I find that usually foods at a buffet tend to be bland, basic and "safe" but this hotel actually some spices and various flavours going on which was super exciting to see. They also offered "clean" single ingredient foods for those who have sensitive stomachs or strict diets and lots of deserts to choose from. Me and my family did tend to find the attitudes of SOME of the dining staffs to be abit hit or miss especially with ONE in particular who was very rude... Now for the issue. Unless you're going in the summer time I personally wouldn't bother coming here outside of that season with family because there simply isn't enough for the kids to do. All the outdoor pools are abandoned due to the cold weather so EVERYONE fights for the ONE indoor pool which may I add is only available for kids to use from 10am till 1pm!!!!!!!! After that it becomes a "adult only pool" which is empty half the time anyway so it's a complete waste of opportunity. We had our kids basically begging to use the indoor pool which was empty but was told no because it was outside of the kids time, it was 3pm at the time......... The hotel offers some kind of nursery-like play room for kids but opening times are silly and the sessions are led by people that just about speak any English??!!! The entertainment was alright, a steady 5-6/10 but the "Games Room" is on its last legs, everything in there is either broken, filthy or ancient. The gym is doable for those wanting to still keep a "pump" in their muscles but don't expect anything better than your local 1st world gym. As I said before, if i was to return it would definitely be during the peak of the summer season, that way would could get more use out of the kids outdoor pool etc.

We have returned this year with our children and grandchildren the food and drinks were again very good quality. Always lots of tables to seat our extended family of 8 people The children enjoyed the splash park even though the water was cold the whole resort is spotlessly clean and in a lovely location close to the beach
