Iway Inn Hotel

Absolutely disgusting, can’t believe that ********** actually allow this place to list under their site. On arrival hotel was in dark, shown to room and the hotel pictures on website are FAKE and do not show the actual rooms. Was shown a selection of rooms all of which were disgusting. Asked manager for refund which he put through his own account(!) when question he said, it was a ‘mistake’ and tried again. Refund didn’t process but said it would show in account within a couple of days. Money still not refunded 2 weeks later, ********** just fobbed us off. HOTEL IS A SCAM, DO NOT STAY HERE

Arrived at this "hotel" late at night and could barely find it. No lights on, looked like a ghost hotel. Another guest arrived at the same time only to find his room had been double booked and apparently cancelled by email, although he had received no notification of this. The room was dirty with stains on the wall, a broken heater and broken toilet seat. To top it off, I was told that they had run out of towels, but they could bring me one when they arrived mid the next morning- not helpful for my morning shower! The shower was dirty with mold and limescale anyway. The icing on the cake was when a received a parking fine 2 weeks later. There was no mention of parking charges when I checked it, and if there was a sign on entry to the hotel it wasn't visible in the dark Avoid this place like the plague!!

Beware of this hotel aa its more like a pigsty but even pigs would refuse to use it..! I am still.awaiting a refund from *********** from some years ago, infact never use ***********, they are rogues.!!

Hotel is filthy, bed was dirty , the draws had rubbish from previous occupant, cup had off milk in it ,no spoon for tea or coffee, bathroom was dirty and mouldy and had slugs and the heater didn't work either.it was nothing like the photos. I would never EVER stay at this hotel again .

I use this hotel often for business and family routes through Cambridge. It is good hotel with good friendly staff that are always there to help you. The car parking is good and I have no trouble in getting and out of the hotel.

Basic hotel, needed it as a stopover before driving back to London. Friendly staff and good value for money, parking was easy and a big car park available so easy to use. Would use again in the future no problem.
