Premier Inn Cambridge East (Newmarket Road)

The staff are very nice and helpful. Location is good There are some supermarkets nearby. The cleaning can be improved. The bed is dirty and dusty.

分配給我們的是一間殘疾人用房，所以非常寬敞。但衞生間的通氣扇是壞的，找人來修也沒修好，所以房間味道很大，這點不滿意。位置還算方便，早餐也不錯。

Full marks to this Premier Inn thanks to Anjum. How we wished we'd been staying at this Premier Inn rather than the nearby Travelodge. Simply no comparison. We'd eaten at the TL last night and went out for a stroll, passing the Premier Inn which looked so inviting. So tonight we popped in to enquire if we could eat there as non residents. We were greeted by Anjum, a very pleasant member of staff who said yes we could and made us feel instantly welcome. Anjum allowed us to choose a table and then explained the meal deal option of two courses including a drink for £26.99 which also including breakfast next day!! Amazing value. Our meals and desserts were superb and nicely presented, but what stood out most of all was how attentive and polite all the staff were but in particular Anjum. Needless to say we're looking forward to what I'm sure will be a lovely breakfast and a great start to our day. A big thank you to Anjum, you're a credit to Premier Inn

Really comfortable bed, staff here are absolutely amazing, always willing to help , knowledgeable about public transport links and good places to go, food and drinks all good value, great weather and local amenities within walking distance

Typical premier inn expectations and value. However there was a slight lingering aroma in our room when arriving. Upon going to bed it became apparent that this smell was linked to the bed. Kept us awake throughout the night. A bit of a lottery as to what you get for your room.

My stay was very pleasant due to Tony, who had assisted me with time sensitive matters throughout my stay.He displayed incredible professionalism as well as kindness, helping me with printing some key business documents. I would recommend him and the company.
