非常好吃的酒店🏨晚飯和早餐都很好吃😋很衞生設施也保養的很好。值得再來

Stayed there as we had a flight from Stansted (early afternoon) 45 mins away, brilliantly situated, air-conditioning in the room, comfortable stay, plenty of parking, decent brekkie, would probably have eaten there at night, if it wasn't for fabulous Indian restaurant 3 minute walk away. Defo we'll be back!

Friendly staff, excellent value meal deal, good air con in the rooms, relaxed restaurant welcoming to families with extensive kids menu.

I stayed for a month while training. The rooms were always clean. The bed was comfortable. The view from the 8th floor was nice. The parking was consistently available and free. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Rachel was always there with a smile. Jinu has a great sense if humer and is also constantly happy. Haseeb was quick with the drinks and good with a camera. Sreemon was nice to talk to and always friendly. Tesgo express is just a 5 min walk. The chef cooked me boiled eggs for breakfast every day, and the evening meal was always cooked well. Nice steak, and the prawn cocktail was very nice. The thai green curry was another favourite. Thanks to all the staff you were great.

This is a large Premier Inn situation just off the A14 on the outskirts of Cambridge. It's a great location and the availability of parking is a real bonus. It was my first time staying in one of Premier Inn's 'Next Evolution' style rooms and I don't think I'm a fan, compared to the 'classic' Premier Inn Plus. The desk has been removed, which as a business traveller is not very helpful - theoretically you can work at the dining table but the chairs are too low, nor are the plug sockets located nearby. Other aspects of Premier Inn Plus were still good - mini-fridge extremely helpful and the rainfall shower is great. I didn't like the 'low flow' taps in the sink. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I've seen other reviews saying the hotel doesn't have aircon; you can lower the room temperature to 19 degrees, which was very pleasant on a hot day. The double glazing works very well to keep out traffic noise from the nearby A14. Wireless charging by the bed was a nice feature but it made my phone very hot. I probably wouldn't use it again as there are plenty of plugs to use instead.

The bed and bed linen are superb, the air conditioning is a dream and the pillows are to die for but the hotel's location at the end of an estate is weird, the shower over bath arrangement feels dated for such a new hotel and the breakfast is best avoided - overcooked eggs, greasy bacon and cheap sausages. The breakfast buffet is all crammed into a corner the size of a small bathroom which meant you were always in someone's way. A horrible experience and, as the last thing we did there, the lasting memory of the hotel.

Lovely stay at Premier Inn A14/ J32.... Warm greeting from reception staff, helpful & friendly towards us . Room was A* on cleanliness, tidy not worn furniture , coffee & tea with more at reception to replenish. Bathroom perfect ,power shower no problem with hot water , tiles , flooring all spotless . Only had one bath towel,we could of done with one each , but I'm sure if I would of ask ... reception would of helped out there . Bed was sooooo comfortable need to buy one of those mattresses . Bedding crisp and perfectly laundered. Pillows one each & comfy ( extra pillows in room if needed ) . Would definitely stay here again if need this location overnight . Well done Team. Ps.. Full English Breakfast was yummy too

Very nice modern, looking Premier Inn, very clean and pleasant staff, Abi had a great sense of humour. We had stayed 1 night but couldn’t fault the room. Very nice indeed. We arrived just before our check in time in order to eat beforehand only to find out the restaurant on site wasn’t open. Didn’t open until 5:30pm, which was a disappointment. Not even bar food available which I think many customers would have appreciated. A light bite menu would have been an idea 💡 We personally think that this Premier Inn is missing out. Most P/Is we’ve stayed out have a Greene King / Beefeater or Table Table attached so food is served all day, especially after most customers would have travelled a fair way. The only other constructive criticism I have is that the continental breakfast was not worth the money. There were no pastries available, the choice of breakfast cereal was more aimed at the younger generation (coco pops, rice crispies), there were only 2 flavour of yoghurts. There was a bowl of fruit salad which I did enjoy. However paying £9 pp for a yoghurt, bit of toast and a bowl of fruit wasn’t, in my opinion, value for money. Yes it was unlimited but there is only so many slices of toast one can consumed. Having said all of this, it wouldn’t put me off returning as it’s convenient when visiting friends. We just wouldn’t book the breakfast. Thank you for your attention

Just had the breakfast. Little ones were looking forward to this and they had a good breakfast, set for the day. Ada and the team were superb. We will be coming back. free parking interconnecting room, good service. They were busy, but managed to keep the food coming and the tables clean.

Lorries passing on the A14 every few seconds had to keep windows open because no air conditioning. Dining room was a bit haphazard especially at breakfast. Very expensive stay. Would we stay again, definitely not. Would get a hotel closer to the city centre.

We booked 3 rooms for our family visit to Cambridge, Tv was faulty in the one room and there was a strong damp smell throughout one of the other rooms which we couldn't stay in. Service was good and staff were attentive and very helpful relocating us from our room.

Usual very comfortable beds in a well designed bedroom. Helpful staff, friendly and considerate. Good value for money. Clean and well maintained in a convenient easily accessible location. Buffet style breakfast and good bar service..
