頭一次遇到攜程出單的酒店無法入住，酒店無法和攜程結算費用就不給辦入住，帶着孩子等了一個多小時錯過了晚飯時間，沒有任何補償。攜程這邊付了全部的費用，酒店還要刷同等的房費作為按金，還另外刷了50刀作為雜費，第二天又莫名刷了250刀，所有費用在退房以後並沒有及時退回或者取消凍結，跟前台要receipt滿口答應最後卻無法提供讓我跟攜程要。 酒店雖然維護的還行，但沒有洗衣機烘乾機熱水壺微波爐自動販賣機非常不方便，想買水喝都找不到地方，樓下熱水機的水温不夠泡麪都夠嗆。冰箱賊小還帶上鎖的，開門得扭鑰匙才能打開。 停車費50刀一晚，我停的時間長車庫小哥滿口謊言説給我打折優惠最後人都找不着，酒店已經不再是記憶裏那個温暖的酒店，工作人員都非常的冷漠無情勢利。

酒店離哈佛大學非常近，特別方便，周邊也有很多吃飯的地方，買東西也很方便。唯一影響觀瞻的是就是哈佛廣場附近有幾個流浪漢。房間面積還是非常夠用，chenk in的時候服務不錯，打掃衞生也過得去，衹是退房的時候有個白人小姐姐很人機，態度很差，影響力印象分。

這家酒店位置真的無敵！就在哈佛廣場中心，出門就是各種咖啡館、書店，還有哈佛校園，散步超方便。房間挺舒服的，床睡得特別好，我那個房間還能看到一點查爾斯河，view不錯。前台小哥人很nice，推薦了幾家附近好吃的餐廳，果然沒踩雷。 早餐在他們家Henrietta's Table吃的，藍莓 pancakes 絕了！ 總的來説，很適合來哈佛附近玩或者出差住，氛圍超棒，下次來波士頓可能還會選這兒。

酒店位置很好，在哈佛大學城裡。很多當地人在此活動，酒店餐廳裏遇到慶祝生日的小聚會。房間裝飾復古學院風，乾淨整潔。

Best hotel if visiting Harvard or any of its schools. Very central in Harvard square. Nice restaurant for breakfast and nice small bar. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Price fluctuates a lot depending on what is happening at the university. But, highly recommend.

就在哈佛校園裡麪，步行就完全可以逛完哈佛的校園，非常的便捷。酒店的設施也是很智能的，前台人員也很友善。
