Excellent accommodation. We had a Premier Plus room and it had lots of extra luxuries. It was clean and very comfortable. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Ate food in the restaurant on one of the evenings and the staff there were also friendly and although they were very busy the service was very good. The parking was great and they have a lift which is an added bonus for us. Thank You.

Stayed at the Premier Inn in Camborne for a business trip. The hotel itself is typical of a Premier Inn, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. But for me it was the staff that were exceptional, especially Lizzie and Jamie who were on duty when I checked in. I can’t thank them enough.

What AMAZING staff! The welcome we had and the kindness they showed to our three year old who was excited to stay in the ‘moon hotel’ despite us only living down the road was wonderful and they went over and above. Thank you! I’m sure we will be back to stay again!

Elizabeth on reception was very kind and helpful while checking in to our room, amazing personality full of smiles. Was very greeting and made the whole process very easy, the room was also lovely and clean and had a very nice stay! The other person she was working with was also very helpful jenny Would definitely stay again

Great staff at reception very helpful and made me feel welcome 👌 And room is 10/10 Would recommend to anyone 😊 Didn’t think I’d be doing karaoke at reception with the staff though !! Haha 😜 joking. Reception staff credit to the company Wish more hotels had staff like here 👌

As we checked in we were greeted by the receptionist Elizabeth and Marc they were so welcoming and friendly. Elizabeth went above and beyond to make me and my family welcome I would 100% be returning and recommend to everyone just from the customers service we received getting checked in by the two receptionists .

I had a very pleasant experience staying at this premier inn . The receptionist Elizabeth was very polite and very lovely I couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to check me in . Even when I was a bit unsure she was still very kind in helping me Thankyou

Lovely service from Elizabeth. She was extremely friendly and the service was superb, all problems were resolved swiftly. I would highly recommend staying at the Premier inn in Camborne, there is also a restaurant attached to the building.

Premier plus room at the Premier Inn Camborne was a pleasant surprise at a very low price. Bed was comfortable, shower good, Nespresso, Pukka mint tea, Green & Black’s chocolates & chilled water in the room. Location was near where I needed to be, flans they can’t help the view of the industrial estate, but at that price I can’t complain. Reception & housekeeping staff very helpful. My only very minor complaint would be that the air freshener in the first floor hallway was pleasant but quite strong, particularly as none of the windows open, so no airflow. And I was confused by the handgel in the shower, as well as body wash.
