客服挺好的，現在報銷了才想起來當時訂了另一家酒店，結果入住不了，經過一番語音通話後攜程客服爽快的幫我改到了這個萬豪酒店，還幫補了差額。

We stayed here as we were attending a wedding in the area. Although this wasn’t our first choice, this hotel suited our needs perfectly. The hotel was clean and the front desk staff was super accommodating. Our room was clean and large, allowing us relax prior to the wedding. There are lots of dining and shopping options in the area. We’ll definitely stay here if we’re in the area again.

When I checked in, I met Rene who was friendly and had a great sense of humor! I stayed for a night and left an item in my room which I retrieved the following day, which Housekeeping staff/ Maria had placed in the lost and found. I don't know Maria's last name, and I want to thank her here!

The worst customer service of any Marriott hotel. I’m assuming this is a franchise as they do not want to work with me. I accidentally canceled my non refundable reservation and missed the window by 15 minutes. 15!!! So, I noticed a few days later they charged me $845. I called the hotel and they said it was a non refundable rate and they can't refund me my money. Fine. I understood the policy...So I specifically asked the lady on the phone to REINSTATE my original reservation because "I had already paid for it". Fast forward to a few days later, I found out this lady instead, booked me a brand NEW non-refundable reservation that had to be canceled within 24 hours. So I thus missed that window again. This woman never disclosed to me that they were keeping my initial "deposit" as she now calls it. Nor did she explain I again would have 24 hours to cancel this NEW reservation (same dates/same rate) that I didn't even ask for. I was not made aware of this until a week later. So, I escalated it to Marriott Corp, opened a case for it and was told there's nothing they can do as the hotel has refused to offer any sort of credit or work with me at all. So, they're keeping my original $845 that was charged for cancelling AND now I'm stuck with this new reservation and have to pay another $845.... For a reservation I never authorized. Does that seem right?! I mean, come on. $1700 to stay at a Residence Inn in Camarillo?? I'd stay at the Four Seasons for that! Worst customer service ever. DO NOT stay here because not only can they not extend some leeway for a mere 15 minutes, , they also are deceptive and unethical. What a great Merry Christmas to me I guess .

During our recent stay at the Residence Inn in Camarillo CA, we found the facility to be less than acceptable. After checking in and showering after our flight, my wife found that the hair dryer (which is a stated amenity) was not in the room. Upon notification to the front desk, they finally delivered the hair dryer to the room, but it was well after my wife’s hair was already dry. While there is coffee off the lobby in the morning, we were up early and wanted to make coffee in the room; unfortunately, while there were packets of coffee in the room, there was not a coffee pot. And during our stay, we killed two cockroaches and one spider in our room, each of which were delivered to the front desk at two separate times; their response each time was “oh … we’re so sorry about that”. No action taken … just a placating insincere apology. They boast about a sanitary hygienic cleaning of each of their rooms, but that clearly was not the case. Our bathroom floor had spotting around the toilet that appeared to be dried urine spots, but perhaps just a poor mopping; nonetheless, we mopped it up ourselves with one of the bath towels and cleaners. And we can’t responsibly complain about the noise in the hallway after 11:00PM because we did not report it, but clearly they do not enforce the rules of courtesy that are posted upon check-in.

We had a great stay here. We received an upgrade to a two bedroom suite even as a lowly Gold Elite. It was a treat to have two bathrooms and three rooms. The television in the master suite was not working, but it didn’t affect us as we had three televisions in the suite. The bed was comfortable and the morning breakfast was good. The workout room was a good size and had treadmills, free weights and a single exercise bike, which I used and it worked well. I would stay here again when I’m in the area.

Pros: -Spacious rooms -Every room has a kitchen -Close to 101 -Friendly staff Cons: -More than half the washing machines are broken even when they say they’re fixed it is not and you will waste your time rewashing clothes.. better off going to the laundromat -My room did not get serviced for weeks even when requested and I made sure my “do not disturb” sign was not on my door handle. -Wifi is painfully slow and disconnects frequently. -Random people outside drinking alcohol and loitering

What a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn in Camarillo. I contacted Rene Jones the hotel GM and she was simply wonderful on check in and throughout our stay. I was also able to get a Bonvouy upgrade due to availability and the fact it was a mid-week stay. The entire staff were so friendly and professional and the cleanliness and maintenance of this Marriott location is stellar. They also offer a complimentary breakfast mid-week from 6-9 am and on weekends 7-10 am on weekends. Internet TV is also available and free Showtime. They do allow pets with a $150 1st pet and $20 for additional pets. This is a no smoking facility as well. Wifi is available for free through Marriott Bonvouy. The pool area, fitness center, laundry, court activities, fire pit and BBQs highlight their amenities and their is a 24 hr. On-site mini market. The location in central and within the village of the park community near trails, shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this site and I suggest you contact Rene Jones as she provides amazing customer service and leadership at the site and it's evident all the employees show the same commitment to excellence. Jacob also brought us some pillows, towels and paper products and was amazing in his customer service and communication. I see this young man as a future hotel GM. Highly recommended.
