Verdaderamente asqueroso y deprimente. Costo excesivo e instalaciones con pésimas condiciones, si no tienen condiciones para rentar habitaciones mejor cierren el hotel pero no engañen a los clientes con fotos que no reflejan la realidad del lugar. Ascensor roto, habitaciones sucias y rotas, piscina con higiene cuestionable, parqueo lleno de huecos y baches en fin una experiencia para no repetir nunca más

il miglior hotel di camaguey, davvero! ve lo consigli assolutamente mi sono trovata benissimo, ci sono stata 10 giorni la connessione è ottima i letti comfortevoli il condizionatore in buone condizione e il bagno della perfetta proporzione, ho adorato soprattutto la piscina, complimenti.

Accoglenza fredda e distaccata poco professionale la ragazza alla reception mentre mi stava registrando continuava a parlare con altre persone dello staff non avendo cura ne attenzione al cliente. Alla mia richiesta di essere svegliato alle 6 quasi disturbata diceva che il sistema dii sveglia automativa non funzionava

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, although the lift was tiny! The room was fine and the bathroom perfectly functional. My companion had stayed here before and advised that we avoid the dinner, so we walked up the road to a small outdoor restaurant and had a pleasant meal there instead. Breakfast was OK. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, particularly the receptionist who spent some time finding us a quiet room with only one neighbour (after a bad experience in our previous hotel). I would stay here again.
