芽莊最後一晚住的這裏,酒店很新,距離機場很近,有自己的沙灘,挺好的,就是可能客人少的問題,食材不太新鮮,該脆的甜點,是軟趴趴的,還有個調料瓶子裏,有小飛蟲,海鮮的套餐有點不值。不過服務是真好,提了不滿之後,馬上就改正了。

環境可以,和海南的大型連鎖海灘度假酒店相比,小一些但是人少比較,韓國人多。酒店離市區遠,附近沒有景點,沒什麼好吃的。 酒店新,服務員年齡小,普遍在25歲左右,缺乏管理經驗,早上七點十分,就有人開着除草機在除草,稍微有點醒就徹底醒了,酒店管理人根本管不到這種細節,沒經驗。 晚上隔壁鄉村有人唱卡拉OK,好在唱到11點就結束了。在酒店聽的一清二楚,周圍還沒拆遷徹底。 房間沒有地毯,而且房間空盪盪,我們樓上住了對夫婦帶兩個小孩,小孩跑跳產生共振非常非常吵,就在耳邊。前台説可以送盆果盤來表示歉意,最後也沒送,估計小年輕管理者們忘記了。

真的太遠了,其實不能算是芽莊了。去芽莊要打車35公里!太太太太太不方便了,餐廳也真的特別的貴!周圍還沒吃的,都是爛尾項目,所以去的晚,晚飯都沒得選,衹能咬牙酒店吃。泳池也沒有恆温的,芽莊風很大,去的三天基本上是遊不了泳的。其他設施有,但是一般。這個價格這個地段,真的性價比很一般。

總體不錯,但是細節衞生還需要加強。房間雖然很新,包括地毯床鋪和浴巾都很乾凈,但是有些地方的污漬很明顯。進門時的地磚、私人泳池扶手生銹、泳池邊的木地板也有很多臟污,二樓玻璃非常朦朧,像是裝修後就沒擦過,這些需要改善的。 所以服務人員都很熱情,為所有服務人員點贊!總體來説是一個不錯的度假體驗。

硬件不錯 環境很好 足夠私密 人也很少 但是衞生真的不行 住過最差的萬豪 第一天入住發現一次性拖鞋都是被人穿過濕的 根本就沒有人換 且浴室下水也沒有收拾 非常堵 第二天反饋 好了 第三天 回到房間發現竟然打掃的臟抹布能遺留在客人房間 且也不知道是打掃哪裡的 超級臟 放在桌上 浴室的頭髮也根本不清理 鏡子不清理都是水痕都算小事了

環境超好,早餐也很豐富,唯一缺點就是離芽莊市區35公里,grab打車單程400K越南盾左右。如果純粹度假不用出酒店就很享受,酒店有兩個餐廳,兩個Bar,SPA需要提前預訂,游泳池很美,目前來的話游泳還是有點涼的,海灘波濤洶湧,不適合下水,拿一本書在沙灘的躺椅上也是不錯的。

整體環境很好,各種不同的功能設施都很齊全,還有籃球場可以免費用。綠化環境讓人心曠神怡,泳池也很好。可以把吹風機升級一下大品牌。

非常不推薦的一個酒店! 首先,大家在預訂的時候一定要注意,如果有小孩的,一定要如實填寫孩子年齡和人數。因為上島要掃人臉,一人一碼。我們因為這個問題碰到一點困難,在上島前的前台耽擱了2.5小時!酒店沒有積極處理問題,提供給我們的方案比攜程貴了3倍!而且工作人員處理問題非常敷衍。好不容易上島了,到了酒店被告知我們的房間剛做完油漆,要再等待1小時處理一下味道!what!剛油漆好,處理味道?就是噴足夠的空氣清新劑? 房間非常破舊,反正從哪裡看,都是不怎麼高級的酒店!下水道堵塞!晾衣架都生銹的!浴巾也臟臟的! 離店的時候,又碰到問題,行李從酒店到主島90分鐘以上,嚴重超時,害的後面的行程都來不及!

典型威斯汀酒店硬件,當地服務很一般。所謂海灘酒店,位置上除了離機場近些,沒有其他優點,能聽到飛機隆隆聲,沙灘人少但很多垃圾(碎石後、玻璃片、塑料),往左右兩側沙灘各走200米的沙灘上有大量垃圾。一千多價格性價比不高。酒店前台沒有人會中文,住客基本都是韓國人。
