휴양지로 딱좋아요. 키즈 프렌들리라서 아이들과 오기 딱이구요. 2박있었는데, 더 있을걸 후회했어요^^

생각보다 별로였어요 아이들 행사는 많았지만 모두 결제를 바로 해야 하고 숙소도 노후한편임 가격대비만족도는 낮아요..

숙소(직원들)에 대한 만족도는 높았어요. 다만, 시내와 거리가 있고 근처 걸어서 다녀올 식당이 마땅치 않아서 호텔 내 레스토랑 이용했었는데 메뉴 설명과 다른 음식들이 나와서 당황했어요. 키즈밀도 그렇고 한국식이라고 적힌 음식들도 그렇고... 공항에서 가까워서 공항에서 호텔로의 이동은 매우 편했습니다. 객실 내 수저,포크,젓가락 등의 식기는 없고 유료로 신청할 수 있었는데 그 부분을 미리 알고갔더라면 하는 아쉬움이 있었습니다. 참고로 키즈클럽은 어른들이 계속 동행해야했어요. 그리고 암벽타기는 대기인원이 없어도 1회만 이용하는 제한은 너무하더라고요. 키도 150 이하이고 비가 엄청왔던 날이라 체험할게 제한적이었거든요. 숙소 꾸며주는 이벤트 포함이라 그나마 비용생각이 덜 했습니다. 그 외 시설 이용은 좋았습니다. 버기서비스도 좋았고, 중간중간 자전거가 있는데 타도 된다더라고요. 자전거 타고 한바퀴 도는 것도 좋았어요. 호텔 자체는 좋았어요.

가족여행으로 2박+레이트 체크아웃 했어요! 청소는 총 1회만 해주어서 레이트체크아웃까지 감안 한다면 좀 아쉽습니다. 체크인 할때 불친절한 직원을 만나 불쾌 했으나 이후 만나는 직원들의 친절함에 금새 잊었어요! 리조트 내 모두 너무 이쁘게 잘 꾸며 져있어 산책 하기 좋고 다음에 또 방문 하고 싶은 호텔이예요!

아이 친화적인 말이 딱 맞습니다. 조식때 인형들과 사진찍고 공연보고. . 조카님께서 매우 좋아하셨어요. 공항이랑도 가까워서 접근성 굿입니다

한국 사람들이 많이 찾는 이유가 있는 것 같습니다. 아이를 데리고 오는 가족에게 딱 맞춤형 리조트이고 특히 물놀이를 좋아하는 있는 가족이라면 4종류의 슬라이드, 수영풀이 정말 좋습니다ㅎㅎ 조금 아이가 크면 유아풀은 조금 심심할 순 있을것 같은데 그래도 구별되어 있어서 좋았고 초콜렛 아워 시간이나 조식 공간 옆 키즈룸도 좋았습니다!

밤비행기로 새벽에 냐짱에 도착하니까 공항에서 가까운 모벤픽 위치가 너무 좋았어요. 또 직원들이 모두 친절하고 다양한 조식 뷔페, 키즈 클럽, 풀장, 산책로 등 시설이 좋아서 머무르는 동안 가족 모두 만족했어요! 다음에 아기가 더 크면 다시 오고 싶어요~^^

Наш 2-ой визит! Очень хороший резорт, особенно частная вилла с личным бассейном. Единственное в этом году было прохладно и вода в бассейне была довольно таки холодная. К сожалению, пляж был закрыт из-за наличия медуз

回國前最後一天選擇了瑞享，這裏距離機場10分鐘車程，真的很方便，並且完全沒有飛機起降的聲音。房間望出去的景觀很美，有小型水上樂園，泡泡泳池，私享沙灘，室內小童樂園，室外電影，各類小童活動，符合度假村標準。如果你是帶幾歲的孩子，這裡是很好的選擇。當然，美中不足的是，吃午餐時發生了一件很後怕的事情，酒店方面態度誠懇，一直道歉，給我們進行了一些升級補償，解決後甚至在我帶孩子在小童樂園玩耍時，再次找到我們，幫我們安排了免費送機。我想，下回來芽莊，我還是會選擇這裏。

Very clean hotel, my booking said to pay at hotel, which I had no problem with, I came to the hotel at around 7.30pm. They were celebrating Chinese New Year and didn’t inform me of the activities going on, I only say this because I wanted to see the activities and had to inquire instead. I upgraded my stay to - Full-board. I then went to my room, which was beautiful, I settled in the the night. However at 2.00am, I woke to a horrible smell. I was confused maybe it was the bathroom, so I closed the door, the smell was still strong, later the hotel changed my room. This was great, no stress, I fell sick due to eating for from another resort and this hotel arranged a doctor for me. I was very grateful. As I was checking out all of these fees start popping u, which shouldn’t be the case because everything is paid for, well no, they said they made a mistake and didn’t take enough money. Errr 😒 ok. Then they said my full board didn’t cover everything. When it’s supposed to, that’s why you get full board. Disappointed with check out and check in. Please do better/
