We take all feedback very seriously but when we are falsely accused, we feel the need to respond with facts. The reason there was not enough hot water in your room is because you sneaked two extra guests into your room without registering them and we were not aware of this till you left for the airport. Please note that this is illegal under Vietnamese law.The reason the room was not cleaned is because you asked us not to clean the room. Our security records show that you ordered seafood from an outside vendor on the same evening that you got sick and went to the hospital. We paid for the taxi to the hospital. We are very sorry, but we cannot take responsibility when guests order seafood from an outside vendor. I am incredibly sorry that you think our coffee is not good, please be aware that we serve traditions Vietnamese coffee at our breakfast, and we have Nespresso machines in all our rooms.Thank you again for the feedback and we hope that you will come and see us again in the near future.
