Great Hotel for families. Poor Half board Dinner options held us back from 5 Stars. Pool = one side perfect for kids other side DEEP. Inflatables allowed. Towels get put out circa from 6am. Pool patio area is like waking on Lava in afternoon so take sliders. Pool area toilets - don’t bother just go to your room. Breakfast = Great options. and quite typical, can get a bit crowded. Best to head down early. Lunch = snack bar menu available. Tapas / British Beige foods / a few meat options. And that’s it. Dinner = same as snack Bar Menu.. not impressed. Room = perfectly suitable comes with everything for in room meal prep for family of 4 (pictures) Bed really comfortable and shower powerful. Split aircon so all kept cool. Room set daily cleaned by cleaners with fresh towels is a nice touch. Room had 2 singles in main bedroom and sofa bed (2 separate beds under slide bed) in living area. Important for our pre-teen boys. Staff = all really welcoming and made sure you had a great stay. Mum + Dad + 11 yo + 10yo

We 1st stayed here about 5 years ago and loved it. My kids were 8 & 12 then. They loved the pool. Every day there was some kind of pool activity like inflatable assault course and the big balls to run in on the water etc. The entertainment was good on an evening. It didn’t go on too late so you could get some sleep. We were B&B, the breakfast was great and just what you needed to fill up for the day. The hotel is clean and not too big so it’s nice and relaxed. Close to beach, just across a road and down some stairs. The beaches are lovely. Loads of restaurants around too. We ended up coming back here in May 25. I looked and looked at other places but I just didn’t want to hassle of a new place and we knew this hotel and area had everything to offer. We were not disappointed, rooms are spacious enough, the hotel and grounds are kept super clean. The staff are lovely and friendly. My children are 15-18 now and they still loved it. We didn’t stick around too much for the evening entertainment this time as went off into Palma Nova but the bar was always quite busy when we got back. Unfortunately the pool entertainment wasn’t on this time. Not sure why but the kids were allowed inflatables in the pool. I know some hotels don’t allow this. Daily they offered cocktails of the day, always needed with the increasing heat when we were there! Food from the bar is reasonably priced and always good quality. We were sad to go home so booked up for another trip in August! I have always booked through Jet2 but this latest time I booked through the hotels own website and did flights and hotel as a package which was so much cheaper. You won’t be disappointed with this hotel.

Here again for 8th time staying in room 59 and once again fantastic experience!! Wonderful staff from management to reception to housekeeping to chefs , and a very big thank you to Angel and the bar staff who again looked after us and my autistic sons needs , this is by far the best hotel in palma nova , we are looking to return again next year , I will never book anywhere else ! 5 star experience everytime !!! Thanks again
