Couldn’t fault it, reception staff were friendly and room was clean.

Hotel was fine in general, all you needed really. However when checking in, we had to wait over 4 hours for our room to be ready due to a lack of “cleaning staff”. There were piles of people waiting for their room, which when eventually ready took ages to work through the back log! Staff gave no updates of when the room would be ready, not a good start to the holiday! We did have 2 cockroaches on the 6th floor! Other than that no complaints but the checking in ruined the start of our getaway! I do have to say the male receptionist that was on during the night was absolutely amazing!

I’ve never seen a place cleaner in my life, perfect for me and my wife, especially with my two young children friendly staff absolutely electric, I have never had a better holiday and would throughput recommend to people of all ages an unforgettable getaway.

We stayed here a week, we knew what we had booked and didn’t hope for anything special, for the very accessible price, it’s fine. The apartments are ok, they definitely need a little maintenance, there is a strong smell coming out of the shower, and it’s generally a little under-kept and dirty, but nothing that we didn’t already know. The pool is nice, and the staff is very kind.

Questo hotel è a dir poco abominevole. Aldilà della sporcizia e della puzza ovunque, le camere sono prive di utensili e servizi. Alle cinque di mattina dei ragazzi ubriachi hanno potuto irrompere nella nostra camera con una chiave datagli dalla reception, in particolare da Andrea, un ragazzo italiano. Questo dipendente continuava a difendere l’atto vandalistico e spregevole di questi ragazzi, ovviamente per fare i suoi interessi. Continui rumori e botte alla porta, pulizia inesistente (non ci sono stati dati degli asciugamani e la nostra camera non é MAI stata pulita. Hotel pessimo in tutto e per tutto, infatti siamo state costrette a fuggire ben 3 giorni prima: ovviamente l’hotel non ha pensato neanche a un rimborso. Per non parlare degli inglesi ubriaconi che di sera sfasciano porte e buttano dal terrazzo qualsiasi tipo di oggetto, arrivando fino a vomitare negli ascensori che diventano quindi inutilizzabili e costringono delle ragazze indifese a correre per sei piani di scale per fuggire da uomini molesti. Spero che questo basterà a darvi un’idea. SCAPPATE.

Honestly, you pay for what you get. I’m over 60 and was part of a large group on a stag party. Clientele is mainly much younger guys and girls, maybe 18-30. Really noisy but you have to expect that. Pool area was great, Pool bar brilliant and great staff. Rooms very basic with not many facilities, no wifi in the complex. Reception staff were great. Would I go back….not a chance but if you want a cheap stay and you’re younger why not.
