Great location, the 3 bedroom unit is big for a family, and close to the markets and shops. Short walk to the beach.

Highly recommend awesome service immaculate penthouse suite, views were amazing,Well appointed and spacious kitchen, two separate living spaces, everything you need for an amazing stay. So spacious couples had privacy, staff were amazing and helpful. Will stay again and again..

Absolutely wonderful, highly recommend, luxurious penthouse with amazing views and highest quality furnishings, spacious enough for privacy for families or couples travelling together. Service was above and beyond expectations. An absolute must stay again, centrally located and great value,

We have been guests/ visitors of Aspect Caloundra for over 8 years.....this year we were bitterly disappointed in our stay. From booking to departure and beyond it was awful. I booked online (hint....please don't) through their booking website back in June of 2023 to ensure we attained a 2 bedroom high level apartment. I followed up my booking with a telephone call to confirm this booking was in place, requesting our usual 7th floor or above and paid a $200 deposit over the phone with my credit card. 6 months later, I phoned a couple of days before to confirm and pay the balance owing, only to be informed that my booking was for a unit with partial ocean view on the second floor. The Manager (J) was not at all accommodating on the phone and preceded to tell me that as I booked online and didn't choose the Premium unit optionin my online reservation, I was to wear the reservation that was in place. Being high season she was fully booked and could do nothing....but...If I had of called and spoke with her, she looks after all her regular and return guests. Well.....Miss Manager J....what am I, A HAM Sandwich and I did call you and request this with you personally! She was insulting and did not care...also preceded to tell me that she has thousands of people call and make reservations each year and she can't remember every return guest and their preferences. It's the 21st century Miss Manager J.....there are computer systems that help us to perform our business professionally and efficiently. Anyway....as disappointed as we were, we went with the level 2 room, and were grateful for the fact that we were on holiday in such a beautiful part of the world, acknowledging that some in the world did not have this privilege. The cleanliness of the room left a little to be desired, however, comfy all the same. Sadly, we had to check out 2 days early due to a family member taking ill back in Brisbane. We left after reception was closed around 5pm, leaving the key in the safe box. I called at 9am the next morning to pay them the courtesy of letting them know our situation, and allowing them the knowledge to clean the unit early. On the day of our scheduled departure, we then received a text message asking us if we wished to extend our stay 1 more night for $300. An inappropriate text, given our sad and distressing circumstances, and the fact that I had called and personally spoken with the receptionist on shift that day. Then.....to add salt to the already festering Aspect wound...they billed our credit card $300, WITHOUT Authorisation for an extra night, WE DIDN'T WANT OR USE! Just gobsmacked at the chain of unprofessional and inappropriate events, to the point of it being laughable. I have referred many, many family, friends and work colleagues to this accommodation site over the last 8 years, however, this experience has been nothing but unpleasant, unprofessional, and it has left us seeking alternate holiday accommodation in the future.

We stayed for 7 nights in a one bedroom partial ocean view apartment on the third floor. The apartment was quite spacious, clean and well maintained. The ocean view from the apartment we were in was quite extensive. The apartments are reached by a single lift for each section, with a total of 4 lifts, each restricted for use to a specific area. The lift is available from the csr park levels. A TV with Foxtel is in the living area and a TV is in the bedroom. The complex is about 3 min. walk to the beach and about 5 min. to the main street of Caloundra. The pool was of a good size, but probably very busy in summer, it was rarely used in the cool weather we experienced, although the heated spa was used frequently. Both were. kept clean. Cafes and restaurants are within easy walkkng distance. Free secure car parking is available in the two level basement. The managers and staff were friendly and helpful. A well equiped gym and a tennis court were also availble. The accommodation cost was very good and competitive for such an apartment.

Check in was quick and easy. Very spacious apartment. Great shower, had a view over pool & tennis court. We were lucky to have a huge TV with Netflix & foxtel. Perfect location, quiet and you could walk everywhere. Pastry lab on ground floor is worth a visit. Would stay again & recommend.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was very well equipped, with everything you need in the kitchen, a washer and dryer, a clothes airer, pegs, iron and ironing board. The apartment was very comfy with a large balcony. The complex has a pool, tennis court and BBQ facilities. It is located near the shopping area and close to the beach. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay in Caloundra.

We had a nice spacious 1 bedroom apartment at the back of the property overlooking the pool and tennis court. During our stay it was very windy and the balcony was protected from the wind. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony. However I think if we were at the front of the property which faces the ocean, I don’t think we would have spent much time on the balcony due to the wind. The room itself was nice and clean although we found that inside cupboards and wardrobes doesn’t seem to get enough attention to detail in cleaning than the rest of the apartment. The apartments are in a good location for restaurants and the beach. You have an assigned car park with the apartment underground. I would stay here again.

After a very busy year that culminated in my wife and I entertaining 14 for Christmas Dinner we managed to escape for a few days to Caloundra. We stayed in a luxurious 1 bedroom apartment with a partial sea view.This is superior accommodation and was very relaxing.The King Size bed was extremely comfortable.The Aspect is very well situated with the nearest beach a short walk away and is also very close to many nice restaurants.My wife and I love The Sunshine Coast and would certainly consider returning to The Aspect
