Humedad en habitación y olor .instalaciones viejas y no bien mantenidas. Baño anticuado, decoración anticuada, insonorización deficiente. Me recordó más a los moteles baratos que a las cadenas de hoteles de marca. gestión ineficiente. buen restaurante pero eso es todo Nunca volveré, ofertas mucho mejores en otros lugares.

Tired and outdated hotel. Shower curtains and cheap laminate flooring. Banged up and dirty furniture. Overpriced for the local economy. Nice pool and good restaurants. Great service staff. Needs to be completely renovated. Will not be returning.

My stay at the intercontinental was good, but the concierge staff ANDRES MOLINA was absolutely incredible!!! If you want your stay to be superb please be sure to contact him as soon as you arrive. Mi estadía en el hotel intercontinental fue muy buena, pero el concierge ANDRÉS MOLINA fue e que hizo mi estadía increíble! Cuando visites Cali , asegúrate de preguntar por Andrés, el te ayudará en todo!

Es el mejor hotel de Cali! Las habitaciones grandes, lindas, súper limpias, instalaciones como ningún otro hotel en Cali. Pisicina grande para niños y grandes, Spa, 5 restaurantes, ******. La atención es increible, el personal cálido y súper amable. Desde los botones(Germán y Andrés) en recepción(Victor, Julio, Daniel, Guillermo, Paula y las demás chicas; en el desayuno Isaac y Leydi maravillosos ya sabían nuestro gusto! Feliz siempre de regresar a este hotel que es como nuestra casa!

The staff especially Astrid, a reception trainee, cleaning lady and others were all extremely nice, helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the location, in-room espresso, and pool side dining. The neighborhood has many restaurants and was good for outdoor exercise.

Decent rooms, great staff, clean facility , good restaurants. Overall a very good value for money in cali. Centrally located and easy access to good places to eat and party. Like the vibe of the staff, I would recommend this to anyone visiting cali for a short trip

The pool is very large and beautiful, very upscale and luxurious. There are many restaurants inside the hotel but our personal favorite is the pizzeria, the quality of the food and drinks are always top notch and leaves us wanting more. The portions are fair for the price and very tasty. In summer, the hotel hosts a daytime summer camp where the kids can play and do activities and on some days go to the pool. Lunch is included, made by the chef, and that food is also very delicious and you can tell it is made with care and dedication. The rooms are clean and good quality for the price. The staff is very kind and helpful to any accommodations that you might need, they are very understanding and willing to serve.

Great service and a wonderful stay at the Inter Cali. We live in Atlanta but have been coming to the Inter since 1990’s. The staff always friendly and hospitable. For us is like coming to our home in cali. Every year we see the friendly faces from front desk to restaurant staff. Highly recommend IHG Cali.

La habitaciones buenas. El servicio es maravillosa. La camas son súper. Ya es la segunda vez que me hospedo aquí y la experiencia sigue siento muy cálida lo recomiendo mucho sobre otros hoteles y volveré nuevamente a disfrutar de él lo recomiendo!
