Cali Marriott Hotel arvostelua

I love this hotel, I try to stay there everytime I go this city! Breakfast is amazing, rooms, bed, service all is perfect

This Marriott is pretty much what you’d expect for the brand. It was quite pricey though compared to the other 5 star hotels in Cali. Double in most cases which was quite unusual. (Hundreds per day) Most guests including us used points, which were very low. If possible try to get a junior suite or higher and access to the great executive lounge and its wonderful staff. The food was different every day and quite varied. Valeria deserves special mention as she really stood out going well beyond the call of duty. Most of the staff were great everywhere. The negatives: - The sauna was not really working well during the whole 25 days that we were there. It just didn’t get hot enough to make anyone sweat. - the swimming pool is very small. Maybe 8 - 9 meters. Almost impossible to swim laps. - The pool is also quite cold as it’s not heated. That would have been nice. Management did give us a 30 minute complementary massage to make up for the sauna, which was a nice gesture. Howard S.

La cortina de la ducha se quedó por fuera de la tina y al bañarme se salio el agua dejando mojado todo el baño, como no tuve acompañante para la entrega de la habitacion sugiero se ponga un aviso para que esto no pase. Todo lo demás fue excelente!

They kept on forgetting to clean the room and forgetting to leave towels, restaurant service extremely bad

Todo muy bien. Pues todo fue muy bien. Está bien ubicado y es cómodo. La piscina debería de tener camastros.

NO USEN EL SERVICIO DE SPA EN GENERAL LA EXPERIENCIA EN EL HOTEL FUE BUENA, LO UNICO MALO ES QUE COBRAN POR USAR EL JACUZZY DEL PISO 8, ADICIONALMENTE EL SPA FUE TERRIBLE, EL PRECIO ES EXCESIVO PARA EL SERVICIO QUE PRESTAN.

best place to stay in Cali great customer service, front desk staff, Gabriel at the restaurant helps to provide a good experience. very attentive, perhaps only negative that took long x pple to answer the phone in the reception. very happy with service n acomodación. best service from Hamilton, our driver from the hotel. shame couldn't give good recognition at the hotel, according to recepcion its a third party and not related to the hotel. very strange, since we contacted him through the hotel, Marriott should evaluate n value their service. Hamilton provided exceptional service above n beyond, different from the other 2 drivers we had.
