The hotel double charged me, and even though was already paid, saying was part of the deposit … the trip.com team has been really helpful but the hotel refuse to give me back 100% of the double charge they did, I’ve been trying to contact them several times since … but no answer. Avoid yourself problems, you have better options around the airport.

I lost the very important items in the room 215 on Dec20,but nobody to help to deal with my requirement. I thought it is the hotel responsibility to help guests return lost items,even if it is sample to call UPS or Fedex to pick up.I am trying to talk with reception much times but nobody to help me,it is terrible experience

처음 들어갔을때 프런트 직웜이 매우 불친절 했습니다. 명찰도 달고 있지 않았으며 결제가 잘 되지 않자 콧웃음을 치는 등 매우 무례한 태도로 응대했습니다.

タオルが人数分ない。タオルがとても汚い。雑巾みたいなバスタオルだった。

酒店地理位置不錯，房間設施也過得去，但前台服務太差了，不耐煩掛滿了臉上

雖然連着住了個七八天，早餐已經有點膩了，但是這個房間各方面還是讓人滿意的，雖然是機場附近，但是去哪都挺方便的，而且去東邊的卡爾加里新的這個大community距離算是挺近的，也可以看看在新建的這個大咖community的一個情況

機場邊酒店羣裏的套房酒店。停車位很多，有投幣式洗衣機和乾衣機各一台。房間很大，有點可惜床單看起來沒換。有早餐，沒熱牛奶，品種很有限，衹能説還行。
