地理位置優越，出行方便，前台服務沒問題，價格便宜，但酒店老舊，好像上世紀的感覺，就是一個大車店，出入客人都是……。下次不會再住這家了！

Canadas Best Value Inn Calgary Chinook Station has the following amenities inside the single queen bedroom: 1 single key card, best if it was (2) 2 small ref 3 window type aircon 4 hot water for coffee 5 hot water shower 6 hair blower 7 clothes iron & ironing board 8 handwash 9 small shampoo (2) 10 small soap (2) 11 small lotion, just one 12 big towels (2) 13 medium towels (2) 14 small towel (1) this has to be (2) 15 small electric fan  16 hangers (3) 17 NO SMOKING room1 18 wifi is inside the room only 18 wifi is inside the room only In my experience, the card key failed to open the entrance door but it was replaced at the reception office. I felt safe to be in the second floor due to the entrance door that nobody can enter but the guests with the card key. I was looking for bedroom slippers but they had none.

The place is old. No proper lighting. Parking is okay. Please dont pay more for tbis hotel to avail complementary breakfast. They dont have it. Rooms are small as compared to other hotels in tbe city. You will see lots of patch works on the wall in the room and washrooms. Wont recommend.

There are several better options. The staff were friendly. The property is very old and badly needs restoration. Furthermore, its information is misleading as it does not offer a complimentary breakfast.

Worst hotel in toen Extremely disappointed. They charged me more than the quote , and that was the start. The room was in horrible shape, the entrance way was and unlocked hallway and smelt of urine. The beds did t fit in the room, there wasn’t enough room to walk around the beds. The door to the washroom was broken and didn’t close all the way and the bathroom sink was disgusting. Worst hotel experience in my life.

Zero Hospitality Upon check in I was only given 1 key for 2 of us. When I went back for a second key I was chastised for not having the other guest show his ID. He had been standing beside me as we checked in. The room was simple and basic. Good enough. There was a used bar of soap in the shower when I checked in. Not the end of the world. On day 2/5 I asked housekeeping for fresh sheets and towels rather than having my room cleaned by them. They made me hang my dirty laundry out on the railing outside to count it. I asked for a few extra towels as I didn’t have my room made up every day. They refused. Day 4/5 I called the front desk at 4:10pm and asked if I could exchange my towel and bedding. I would be making my bed myself. I had been out all day. I was told housekeeping had left for the day and I’d have to wait until the next day for clean towels. Front desk would not even exchange my towels. I would NOT stay if you have KIDS that may spill on the towels or sheet. They will make you PAY for the dirty towels and will not give you fresh ones. You’ll be sleeping in dirty sheets. I was treated more like an inconvenience and a liability then a guest. I felt unwelcome and was relived to check out. Cheap, but not good value. Never again.

Clean and cozy at a great price! Staff was super friendly, room was really clean and cozy!
